Don’t waste your money!
I have only had this camera for just over 2 months and it already is messed up. Was working fine and now I get the error “logging in” any time I am not at home. Works great if I am in my home! Which of course is not when I need it to work!! 😡 I have called about getting a replacement or help but still stuck with a camera that does not work...

Need fixed
Yes I have 8 of your cameras some for three years i use them to monitor my elderly in-laws and my goat business to know when they are close to delivering their babies and I have saved two goats and their babies from detecting complications... I have referred many people to your product and just purchased three more as my goat herd has increased... and gave 5 stars to every purchase ugggg now all cameras are off line and will only connect on my Wi-Fi and not work for my in-laws as they are on separate Wi-Fi and I cannot monitor my goats at my part time job PLEASE tell me you are correcting this issue and I won’t have to replace my 8 cameras

It stopped working
I bought this in July. Great deal! Not so much… two months later it just keeps logging and won't connect unless I am in the same house with it. I work in an environment with great wi-fi and internet capabilities. I've reset it multiple times. No luck. I am giving it two stars because it worked great in July and August. At least I'm only out $20.

Very shaky software - lost remote access to camera after a few months
This camera is decent on the surface. Image is good, control is good, night vision is good, however, I inexplicably lost the ability to view the camera image while away from home (off my home wifi network,) after disconnecting and reconnecting. It makes the camera completely useless to me. This is a Chinese product, so software and support are very dodgy... no guarantee the app will continue working, and the user interface is not well designed or user friendly. I would not recommend this product.

don't waist your money
Out of the box, plug in the power adapter and the camera speaker emits a screeching high pitched noise. According to the manual, the camera is supposed to move when you apply power. The camera never moved. Installed the app on my Samsung Note 3 phone and attempted to do the setup. First I tried using the wired method. App says it is searching for wifi but never completes. Next I tried the wireless setup and again the app searches for wifi and never completes. I poked the reset button and after 10 seconds there is supposed to be a "dong" sound, but instead the screeching noise got louder. I returned this product and have ordered a different brand camera.

Fantastic security camera monitor with Alarm and Alert notification
The media could not be loaded. Really impressed with this monitor camera - we have a new litter of puppies and this has enabled me to keep an eye on them and my daughter can also watch them grow while at uni. And this pet monitor camera have alarm and alert that wo can know anything what had happend to the puppies. After the motion detection is set up, you can receive alert from your phone. This is one of a powerful great camera it does everything you need plus much more. I just cannot believe how they managed to pack all this in so little cost. Excellent value for money and good quality - highly recommended.

They work great, but could be a little better
They’re quite easy to set up and use. Good ability to control everything remotely. The only feature I wish it has would be to email me pictures when motion detected. It can alert your phone and you can manually pull down pictures, so they’re 90% there.Also wish it didn’t detect light as motion. For example, if you’re camera is pointing towards a window and the sun comes up it will send an alert if you have alerting turned on.

WOW, just WOW!!!
I am extremely impressed with this camera. I have 3 other brands of cameras, and this one surpasses all those cameras combined. The picture is perfect, night and day. It has an alarm on it so it will let an intruder know they have been seen. I am spreading the word about this particular camera, and hope to replace all my cameras with this one.
