Thank goodness I bought so much to learn, messed up a bit but managed to get it done in the end.
It worked well for my rearview cameras, but I initially made some mistakes. However, after a while, it managed to crimp it consistently. Remember that I'm a novice, and this was my first time. It is easy to install, and after you do it right, it seems sturdy and durable, but only time will tell.

Great product for the money
Very satisfied with this product. Purchased these instead of from an auto parts store which would cost me about $5 and I would only get about 5 sets of connectors. Now I have 20 for only a few dollars more. Great value for the money. Works great, acceptable quality and I've already used them to connect my back up camera and daytime running lights with no issues. I've got a few more projects that they will be useful for.

I tried using this for installing a rearview camera, and it works okay, though it does feel a bit loose. So far, I haven’t had any issues, but I would recommend looking for a more waterproof option just to be safe.

Works great and looks good when done
Good made product..splices wire easy…saves a lot of time…looks good when done…squeeze with a pair of pliers and crimp and shrink the male connector and plug together YOU are done works great…crimps easy…

Not as easy as advertised
1. DO NOT buy these connectors if you don't have the crimpers needed to close the male connectors. Regular pliers will not do. I don't know what kind of crimpers those would be.2. The female part of the connectors required that I cut a slot in the wire insulation to attach. DO NOT trust that the connector will make an adequate cut and create electrical contact. Cut the insulation and pull open a slight opening to the wire.After I attached the female connector as described above and crimped on a male connector of a different brand, everything worked just fine. I like the way everything connects together after overcoming the obstacles. Just seems like it should have been easier and that the product isn't as described.
