I have been a member with Weight Watchers for years. Staying on the point plan has been a struggle. I always felt hungry even after eating. I needed help so I decided to try these pills. I take two pills in the morning. I am still hungry for breakfast, lunch and dinner but it is so much more manageable. Plus I am not hungry during the night. I also don't seem to have the cravings for sweets as much as before. I recommend trying this product. It is only around $10.00 and well worth the cost. Heck, McDonalds breakfast is close to $10.00 anymore. It maybe just me but wow it is working for me!

I’m wondering if you need more than one bottle to notice a difference. I could not notices any changes after finishing this one up.

This appears to be an excellent product. Between ordering and arrival I had an unexpected opportunity to research it, and the information I found was very encouraging.However, since it arrived I've been waffling about whether or not to wait until I see primary care in a few weeks before starting it. Wouldn't want my blood sugar to get too low ... and I found recommendations to 'consult your MD before beginning' if already on diabetic meds, as I am.If it works as well as Akkermasia does for me I'll be happy, as that probiotic can be pricey.
