When i recieved it. It was well packed. Once i open it the clock hand wzs dangling and i thought it was broken so i called and got a return authorition. My neighbor had saw the clock and like it and i told him it was broken. He took the broken hand and push back on it and it fell into place and starting working. I was so happy. It so beautiful. The only negative thing i would say is once it on the wall its does not flush against it. It sit off the wall where there is a large gap. But i still love it.
