Great single purpose straps. Packs light and easy. I have 6 different weight levels and prefer this to their progressive load system of clipping on different straps of various weights to achieve more weight. The action is better using one band, and at a certain point, one will experience too much "pull back" loading up multiple straps and dealing with balance too much in regard to the movement. Handles are very high quality and the anti-snap technology is welcomed. The door anchor is the best out there (truly door friendly) and the free programming is fantastic as well. Really a bargain when you consider everything you get. I felt it was better to over-spend on the singles versus buying their clip system, plus I get redundant door anchors to set up multiple stations.

Wow. Very sturdy, high-quality bands. Love the foam door hanger - don't have to fear it popping out and whapping you in the face. This is our first Bodylastics product and we are very impressed. The purple bands are definitely not for the beginner. We have been using bands for a long while, and these give you a good workout.

I initially chose Bodylastics because of the DGS (anti - snap) feature, mostly because I dont like getting snapped in the face, neck or eyes if I can help it. #2 I can't go wrong with lifetime warranty. #3 This included a booklet with exercises and pictures. #4. The door anchor is included. #5 It fits easily in my bag so I can do a few reps at work during downtime. Best deal ever.

I work in the fitness industry as a group trainer and business owner. I purchased these bands because I hoped their quality would exceed that of many others which I have used and found to break (handles cracking, snapping off, etc.) within a short amount of time. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED with these bodylastics premium bands. Their quality construction is evident to the touch, and the handles are superior in strength and comfortability (grip rotates with natural wrist motion). I ordered a large quantity, and while it was a bit more expensive way to go, I can already say it was well-worth the investment. I'll be back for more... Thank you for your attention to detail!

Great quality product, I love that it comes it with a guide for different workouts to do with the band. A friend of mine has had hers for 3 years and it still is in great shape and yes she works out a lot. I have looked all over for a good quality resistance band without breaking the bank, and I think i've found it. Since buying this, I also bought another in a different weight, to change it up.

Bodylastics is a great product! I have a set that goes up to 100lbs but it didn't have the 23 pound band in which I wanted. I use this for travel and for my circuit training. I love the products from Bodylastic. They are strong and durable. They don't disappoint!I would recommend them to you.

I am using a personal trainer at my gym and I wanted a series of exercises I could do at home to work toward our goal. He was very impressed with the quality of these bands stating that they were much better than his gym buys. The gym is a large franchise operation with gyms in many states.

If you're looking for resistance bands, these are the best I have used. Very heavy duty and give me a good workout. I like the rope in the middle as a safety feature.
