Paper Towel Holder, Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Standing Kitchen Tissue Holder Storage in Weighted Base Design with Adjustable Spring Loaded Arm Paper Towel Dispenser

It came in many pieces that had to be put together with tools. They supplied an allen wrench that stripped the tiny screw while I was installing it (when I say tiny I mean miniscule) so I had to use one of my own to tighten it. I also had to use a Phillips head screw driver to tighten the screw underneath that holds the bar on.The part that screws on top of the bar that's meant to hold the roll in place is not big enough to serve it's purpose so the paper towel tube just slips right over it.Update:As far as durability, I've had it for several years now and it's held up fairly well. The holder itself is not quite as heavy or stable as advertised and all it takes to move it is a slight pull on a paper towel. I tried to tear off a select-a-size paper towel and the side bar that's supposed to hold the roll in place doesn't work. Later today I purchased a bigger sized roll and it wouldn't fit with the side bar on so I just removed it since it wasn't doing any good anyway.It's okay but I wish I would've purchased two of the Goodturn brand.

This paper towel holder seems like a great choice. It nice and heavy so it won't fall over or even move much if you accidently bump it or when you pull of paper towel out. It looks great and does it job well. I do wish that there were instructions because its a bit confusing to set up.

I imagined that the metal piece that looks like it adds some pressure to keep towels in line, did that. It does not. It is pretty much stationary no matter if there is a full or partial roll in there. It does however, hold towels so can't give it a zero

Great looking and well built! It has a nice weight to it. What i love is the curved bar on the side is flexible and you can flex it when the roll is full and snug. It came packed nicely too. What is with the price decrease within a week though!?

The pressure arm does not have enough travel, so its too tight for a full roll and wimp near the end. The one with the paddle arm works great.
