terrible supplement. just strong caffein. not at all what i was expecting. gave me jitters, stomach cramps, nausea and headaches. do not recommend at all. save your money. they need to clarify that this item is not returnable. it is very misleading and unfair to customers!!

I accidentally took 2 today thinking it was my iron pills (The bottles look similar) and noticed I was running out. That's when I realized I had taken two of these! No wonder I had more energy than I usually do even though both my left ankle and right knee were healing from sprains! Forget the pain, I vacuumed, which I hate, did a bunch of dishes, three loads of wash, sorted through some photo files on the computer, changed the sheets on my bed and remade it properly and here it's 1:30 AM and just put my last load in the dryer, printed out a bunch of horse race results, and made dinner in between all that and watching TV shows. Wow, that is something and I usually suffer from fatigue and it was one of those dreary days that puts people to sleep. I am now trying to wind down and took a melatonin supplement. I love natural stimulants and this is the best I have had. I usually take one. I think one and a half would be perfect - not too much and not too little. I guess that depends on the person though. I am now going to order another bottle. I also suggest Vitamin C in the morning to help boost things along among other things.

I have purchased these pills for quite some time and should have stopped them way sooner than now. Taking the pills, have become more habit than actually taken for what they do or don't do, if that makes since. I needed them for energy, don't count on that! I am able to go to sleep, even though I have taken the pill/pills. The pills never drop in price, the last ones I ordered seem to be weaker and now the price has increased, go figure!!! I am not so pleased with this brand, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I bought these as well given I’ve unsuccessfully been able to find anything for energy. No matter how much sleep I get- I never have any real energy and am always tired. I have 3 boys, so constantly laying around and doing nothing is not an option. I especially don’t like wasting days in doors when it’s beautiful outside.I didn’t read any caution about mental health before buying (if it is even listed on here), but the bottle says “Do Not take if you have..... depression, anxiety...” among other things. I do have both of those, but given being desperate to have energy- I continued to try them.LIKES: I AM able to wake up in the morning naturally (more than not) without serious fatigue like the past, it has put me in better moods and not as depressed. I have felt in a happier/more motivated mood than before, no crash. I also have had to remember to take my other prescription pills, but I have backed off from taking as much Adderol as I’m prescribed since I am taking this as I don’t want to Overdo it.CONS: I DO experience jitters FOR sure, but have noticed that it’s not as bad when I eat before taking a pill or with it. They’ve calmed down the longer I’ve taken them which I’m about on my third week. However, if you take on an empty stomach- I think that’ll make things worse. (I am the kind that gets whatever side effects to whatever I take, of course!). I have experienced SOME rapid heart beat, but not that bad (I have preexisting issue), Also- I’ve noticed I get chills for some reason within the first two hours of taking it, but then they wear off.

Finally something that works. I have been taking energy pills since 1997, back when ephedrine was still on the market. Since they banned ephedrine it has been real difficult to find any pills that actually work and give me energy. These pills do the trick; and I have an extremely high tolerance. They do not give me the jitters, they wake me up and I no longer feel the need to take a nap in the middle of the day. I am a true energy pill conasuir, as sad as that may be. I would highly recommend these to someone who needs a little extra boost and motivation to get through the work day.Don't take 2. Most pills are not very strong so I always start out with more than the recommended dosage. I tried that with these and it was much too strong. JUST TAKE 1. I hope this helps. Great product.
