are professional machines if the damn stupid installer does not know how to make it work then it is the installer not the freaking equipment

This unit does not come with fan. This is my third unit, the other two was 16 channels and it came with a fan.I had this discussion with Video Surveillance, and I realized that their customer service is awesome. I will buy from Video Surveillance again.

I didn't know anything about this item but the technician said it was a great product & price.

The product I buy had no memory inside of it.. works except that I can not record nothing!!! Very disappointed

I've had great luck with this DVR. I've had Qsee, Defender & Zosi DVRs. This LTS DVR has been solid and functional. The LTS NVMS7000 remote app is great, never any issues. I have 2 LTS camers, 2 Annke cameras, 1 generic PTZ camera that works fantastic with the PTZ functionality on this DVR. Cant please them all - as for me, it's been a great purchase.

Loud piece of junk. Camera installer said he paid $400.00 for it. What a joke (lie).Installer could not get it to work neither.Even the date, time & camera number shown in white letters have several letter blacked out off & on.
