Fabric panel not flush and hat size larger than expected
The photo is definitely misleading -- the fabric panel on the outside of the hat does not sit flush with the hat on the sides. It kind of looks funny, but luckily my kids didn't seem to mind. My 11-year-old fits in the hat well but my 9-year-old has to have it on the smallest size. I wouldn't order this for kids any younger than 9 unless their head circumferences are on the larger size.

Not kids size
Bought it for a 2 year old as it says it will fit a toddler/kid. Definitely fits an adult sized head, even on the smallest adjusted size.

Our 4.5 year old is a fair skinned major sweater, so I was desperate to find a breathable lightweight hat. He's barely taken it off so I see it as a success.
