Very effective for use on my Celestron mount
I highly recommend this battery power source for use with my Celestron telescope when a 110 voltage power supply is not readily available. I will admit that I have not yet tried to use it for a full night of stargazing but the times I have used it have led me to believe it had plenty of juice left after several hours of observing so it's longevity for a full night of observing is not something I am concerned about. (If I later find out that this is not true, I'll submit another review to let you know.)

EXtra Power When Needed!
I thought to add a battery bqckup even within my observatory with AC power. You just never know what you may need the extra power for. I actually do have need for my dew heater assembly that works to regulate power using this new Celestron Power pack,

Good product and great customer service
I bought this battery back in December 2021. I like it because it's lightweight and packs good power for his size. Last a full night with all the telescope equipment. However after 6 months of use, when I was connecting it for a night of imaging, it flashed the lights and then died. Tried to charge it, but looks like the control panel of the electronics died :( ... I opened a case with Celestron support, and after a couple messages explaining the situation, they just send me a replacement battery without major fuzz!

Lifesaver
Older Celestron's have batteries that don't last that long. This thing goes forever. I found that I had to hook up both cables, one to the telescope and one to the handset to get it to work. I didn't find that in the instructions. I intend to connect the second USB to my tablet with the Sky software, so the tablet doesn't run out. I haven't tried that yet

PRO version CAN charge phones while running the telescope
I had one of the older Lead-Acid Powertanks which worked fine, but the batteries eventually went bad. This new Lithium Pro version is sooooo much better. I've been running my telescope for about 45 minutes at a time over the last two nights and it hasn't even budged the charge level gauge. As a test, I also plugged my phone in the fast charge port and it started charging right away as well. So now you can power your scope and your mobile device simultaneously.I find it interesting that Amazon wants you to rate it on light weight... It's a huge battery so I really didn't expect it to be light. :-D It's not that heavy though. My only nitpicks:1) The strap is a great idea, but the way its designed doesn't work that well for tripods with thinner legs. The legs on my tripod are 1.5" in diameter so that they're not that small, but I can't cinch the strap tight. Luckily I can just rest the strap on the tripod leg brace to keep it from sliding down.2) It would be nice to have some sort of built-in storage for the cordOther than that, totally love the new Pro Lithium Powertank...

Enough power to shoot all night - but beware the bright lights
This is a good product. It charges quickly (I didn't sit there and watch it, but after draining it one night, it did recharge in a few hours, so it was ready for the next night by lunchtime), it outputs steady power all night long, it has a dedicated power port and cable for a Celestron telescope, and a "car lighter" style of power connector for other devices (like a cooled ccd camera). I have also used it to charge my phone while out in the sticks taking pictures of the sky. Perhaps the thing I like best is that it can be strapped to the leg of the CGX tripod, so that cabling is much easier to organize. The flashlight is waaaaaaaaay too bright for astronomical work, even if you use only the red light. The light is really only handy for clean up, or if you dropped something that you can't find without it. Even then, it is so bright that it takes several minutes to get re-adapted to the dark, so I really don't like to use it; it's probably much more useful if you are using the device as a campsite lantern.

Worked ok, but had 2 issues
Used this for a summer night on my large telescope. Unfortunately it went from 100% down to 0% after 4.25 hours of imaging. Lost about 45 minutes of pictures because of this. I think the camera cooler pulls down enough amps during the summer that I need something bigger. Also, if this thing detects over current, it does save itself and turns off until you charge it with the wall charger. I strapped this too high on the tripod, the telescope touched it when going to the zenith. I removed the velcro and somehow the strap came out of the back, and fell to the ground. The cigarette lighter took the brunt of the 2 foot fall and broke. Over current kicked in, and I couldn't get it to turn back on. Had to wait to get back home to plug in, then it came back to life. Couldn't image AGAIN. Aaarrggh.I ended up returning it, as I have better luck with 100ah cheap chinese batteries. Over current turns off after a minute, and the capacity is several times higher.
