Fits on Amana modelBX21VW
Like other reviews. It's a little lighter build than the original but works fine. I put this in a Amana bottom freezer. Model numberBX21VW. It fits good the spade connectors are on the correct side. I moved the ground connecter. So everything fits good. The fan blade is a little loose on the shaft so I put a drop of super glue on it. Works like a dream for 23$ instead of 140.

Spins clockwise!
Works, except it spins ckockwise and my fan is for counter clock wise.

Great replacement
Appears to work well for a Kenmore fridge, and probably for many other models. Very easy to reverse the motor (2 screws). It's been going for 8 months and saved us a lot of money in replacement costs.
