WinCleaner One Click Professional Clean Version 12

I have used this program for two years and just bought V1.2 as a renewal for my three computers. (It's been upgraded X times.)It has never made any of my computers crash, and while it does take more than one click to use, it is easy both to install and to use. I think it works as claimed, but the Police have never taken in any of my computers for criminal investigation. (THAT'S A JOKE.)Actually, Windows Cleaner One Click does more than erase sensitive files, it seems to keep my computers running at good speeds. I'm retired, live alone, and don't much care if my files are viewed by anyone else. I just want my computers to run properly. With this program, and Kaspersky's Internet Security, I have never had any computer/Internet interface problems. But, you pay your money and you take your chances.UPDATE 2/6/2012After using this program for years I let it lapse for two months. When my computer suddenly started taking more than 2 minutes to boot-up, I renewed my subscription ($9.99). They downloade4d an update making it version 7.09. The problem is it still takes me more than two minutes to boot.Furthermore, other things I thought would be fixed was the section supposed to erase Invalid Registry Items. It is presently identifying 82 items, and it indicates that they have been removed. But when I check through "More" and "Win-Reg" in the program, all the items are still present. Then when I try to delete these items, two more come up that were not included in the 82. When I think I am erasing these items the screen shows the message that a back-up of these files has been made. Okay, so I then have either erased them or placed them into some back-up file and have rid myself of them. None is the case: The next time I run the program all 82 are still there. I must ask: If the program tracks and identifies Invalid Registry Items why is it that I cannot get rid of them? In the previous version I could get rid of this stuff by going through all these steps.When I wrote the original Review I gave the program a CLASS 5 vote. It is still possible that using this program is doing something beneficial. Is it actually clearing off Temp Files, Junk Files, etc from my hard drive? I just don't know what it is really doing. But it is clearly evident that the program is not as good as it should be.UPDATE 10/15/2012:I am now running last update - version 12.18.When I run the One Click program it states that I have over thirty one Megabytes in my Internet Clutter file. I click on confirm and it is supposed to erase all checked files that it has claimed to find. I close and reopen the program and it is still there. Then I click on the MORE and click on Win Clutter, check all boxes, and remove manually. Same result. Thirty one Megabytes of clutter is still there. Next, I reboot my computer and run it again. This time the same and also Windows Internet Junk File finds over one hundred and thirty Megabytes. But I just restarted my computer after cleaning everything. I had not been on the net.Honestly, something is clearly wrong with this program. I don't know what it's doing.

Our computers were giving us slow response times and I've been meaning to get this software for some time. I've used older versions on previous computers and have always found it to live up to expectations and then some. This still applies to this latest version. Delivery from Amazon was quick with no additional shipping fees; the package arrived in less than a week! I installed the program in a flash - yes, it was that fast. I ran WinCleaner and it cleared out over a GB of junk. My computer is working much better now. Also, this version allows you to install the program on multiple computers which is nice when you have 4 of them in the house! Great product!!

My first experience with a de cluttering program was on line and about $35. I started to think about getting my own program and found this product in Amazon.com. I was so pleased that I got one for my family and one for the church. Everybody seems to love it with the junk it takes off and saves a lot of memory. My advance commputer friends use free stuff, but here is where you got to know if it is free, everybody is trying to make a small hustle on the internet.

An older model helped my Mac laptop repair some of its problems, including making the touch screen work again (a $238 repair at the Genius bar). This one does nothing. But it's my fault for buying it before the shipper told me it wouldn't work (they answered my question). Sad. :(

cleaned parts not all!! it cleaned up over 100 items and the computer wasn't even on very little change maybe i did something wrong just don't know

Seems to be a good quick cleanup product. Unfortunately, it can only be used on one computer. I have more than one.

Stated it would speed up system and remove old files not needed by programs and replace missing files to make computer run like new. It said it cleaned up over 1000 files , but had to copy all my files to backup and format drive c. think it was a wast of money. Not happy at all with product.

Have installed this and it seems to do agood job of cleaning - but I have to do it virtually every day ? Because my laptops still acting up ! It , in my opinion , not solving my problem

Useful item to have in the box of software although it took ages to clear my PC after re-boot the PC was faster and worked better after using this software,

This is very good for cleaning up your computer and can help to speed up various processes on the computer.
