High quality light rod. Use for trout, crappie, dock fishing.

Love this rod. Have used it for about 10 fishing trips now, holds up well against larger fish (up to ~8 pounds) and using 6lb line. Really enjoy using ultralight setups.

For me a fishing rod should be well balanced and I would say this one certainly was not. The handle was by far the shortest handle I've ever had on a fishing rod and made the rest of it very top heavy. Also the section where my reel attaches was very uncomfortable to hold. Only reason I gave it two stars was because I like how it looked and otherwise felt like a good quality product just not the one for me.

Great action, feel and balance. Paired with a 1000 kastking valiant eagle reel. Very durable rod I use it mostly for lighter jerkbaits, spinners, and spoons works great one of my go too rods.
