It is hard to find Enchilada sauce in Japan. I purchased this and was pleased!

This is a great enchilada sauce. It is richer in flavor than the other canned sauces I've tried. One reason I tried this is it is one of the lowest sodium canned sauces available. Yes, I could make my own enchilada sauce without so much sodium if I didn't have a million other things to do, but this is an excellent option. Trust me, this has a lot of great depth of flavor.
