10-inch 16K LCD Screen Only Compatible with ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra 16K Resin 3D Printer

My screen died on the printer so I got a replacement. Not too difficult to change, but I would recommend a heat gun to undo the adhesive under the old screen.

Received it in a timely fashion within the time frame the seller had anticipated. Replacement for my Saturn 3 Ultra. Fitted after watching a YT video, and tested. Working well.

What is the frickin deal with these 12k screens delaminating and leaving dead spots? I installed this replacement screen on December 18th and it's already dead. The previous screen was installed back in May so 7 months use on that. This one lasted less than a month. You can see the bubbles in between the screen layers where it's delaminating internally even when not back lit. There's no damage to the glass. It's breaking down internally. It's clearly a materials or manufacturing defect of some kind. Total printing hours, only 104.5 hours! This is not acceptable by any standard. I bought two backup screens last fall because these keep going bad. I've started recording install dates and total time printing to document this. I have two Saturn 3 12k machines and they are less than 2 years old. I've replaced 5 screens total now. Am I the only one having these issues? The response from ELEGOO has been, it's a consumable item. I'm preparing yet another customer service email. Has anyone else had similar issues with these screens I can share when I contact them again?

A perfect factory replacement for your LCD screen.

The screen was perfect, intact and installed perfectly. My only gripe is you do not get replacement protection tape for all the other connecters that have to be removed.

Everything you need. Minus a screw driver of course. I took my time and followed the instructions provided online by Elegoo. There are a number of vids that show shortcuts to save you time ... but since I'm not made of money, I did it the official way. Slow and steady so they say ... just get your tools out in advance and make sure you have a bit more room then you think you will need.

Had a part drop from my print bed and grind a small crater into the screen. Wouldn't have blamed it if that was the end of the screen, but to my surprise the glass is legit! Even with cracks starting to spread across the glass it was still successfully printing for another 12 jobs before finally failing. I will definitely be buying more of these and hopefully remember to level my bed more often so prints don't lose adhesion to the bed anymore.
