This works great, easy to use. Not a substitute for Oxygen tank. It is helpful

As an endurance athlete, I like to take about five deep breaths of O2 before training. I have used BOOST for a long time, but it seemed overpriced, and I have looked for a less expensive alternative. This one is cheaper per bottle, but the number of oxygen hits I get per bottle is far less than with BOOST. My guess is that the cheap packaging allows oxygen to leak out. Bottom line: BOOST costs more per bottle, but it is a far better value, although it is way overpriced.

Great to keep as a backup for high altitude.

Advertised as "99.7% pure oxygen" and the actual can states the concentration may be AS LOW AS 95%. In addition, only a few dozen doses (36-40) are delivered at a normal flow rate before the flow becomes restricted to almost nothing coming out. The can states up to 150-180 inhalations. This is false advertising. This product is no where near as good as the competitions, so don't be fooled by the slightly lower price. You will be more than disappointed as it is not eligible for return.

It helps if you need to add the oxygen to your stream, for sport but not when you suffer from illness
