Will this keep my impedance at 4 Ohms even though the midrange and tweeter that it will be hooked to are both 4 Ohms in Parallel, and are 50 watt rms

it takes power in at 4 ohms and then distributes it to the mid and tweeter at their proper impedances. Your amp will still see 4 ohms.

my tweeters output on these do not work could someone give me reasons why.
