VG at relieving chest congestion
I very much enjoy this tea and it helps a lot with chest congestion. I have a cup every night before bedtime. Taste is herbally rich, yet mellow.

Perfect! Not overwhelming! I use it as tea for my COPD. Honey and lemon maybe some cloves. It is soothing and helps me breath.
