I take a medication that causes me to get constipated. I am lucky if I am able to have a bowel movement once a week. I have tried laxatives and they may or may not work and when they do it causes awful stomach cramps. I don't want fiber because that will just bulk up the poop. After trying what feels like everything, I found an add for this product. Although it does feel expensive, I can say it is worth every penny. I take 2 of the motility capsules at bed time and in the morning I am able to go. Its not painful whatsoever. The longest I have gone since starting this medication has been 2 days. I would absolutely recommend trying the Motility capsules. As far as the heartburn stuff...that caused my heartburn to worsen...badly. Now I have only tried it once but it hurt so bad I haven't wanted to try it again. It did say to mix it with water and I mixed it with cranberry juice which is very acidic so honestly it was probably my fault. I will give it another try and come back and update my review.

I’ve only been taking it for about a week, but I’ve already noticed an improvement with my constipation. I’m planning to stick with it and hope to feel even better over time. It’s a bit pricey, but if it continues to work, it’s definitely worth it. I think I may even be sleeping a little better, too.

Amazing. I wish I would have known about this stuff decades ago. I have had acid reflux problems all my life and have been trying to get off omeprozol for years. This was like a light switch telling my esophagus to do its job properly for once. I have been recommending this product to everyone with heartburn problems

I love Silver Fern products normally, but the Reflux tastes SO BAD. I wasted money because it is unusable. Made me gag every time I tried to drink it.

It is not even a week I started taking it and I feel much better, I will recommend this product.

I used this product and ended up regretting it. It increases bile acids into the gut to initiate peristalsis. Not a good idea for random anyone - the product causes your system to be very "hot" and caused me great digestive stress and worsened my situation. I went off of it and went to a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor who helped me from the ground up - now I use nothing for peristalsis except proper diet, Vagus nerve activation exercises, core work, and no herbs at all.Not even magnesium (another problem) I am disappointed that the company is being so irresponsible.
