Not great for me
Did not like the fact that the accompanying bell did not work unless it was right next to the unit. Visuals wer fine, but the lag time to my phone was a bit too long

Good item.
This piece equipment is very good and does exactly what it says for a price,that in my opinion is very good for what it does.The technology is amazing and easy installation and set up. The rings community care team are execellent. All my questions or concerns were were taken care of quickly and courteously. Really love the rings video. Would recommend this product and the company.

Very Poor - Sent it back
I don't send may things back however after setting this up where it had a clear and full network signal, it only rang sometimes and the delay on connecting from the app would have resulted in anyone at the door, having left. I don't know if it was faulty and the internal ringer didn't really work at all, but after spending around 3 hours with this I wasn't going to try with another one. It is also very big, tall and wide.

Don’t waste your money
Not a great product, doesn’t pick up every person coming towards the camera then if it does it bleeps on your phone at least a minute later so what’s the point in that??Wouldn’t recommend and should of brought a more expensive one 👎

Dont bother
We purchased this based on previous reviews. We have had it just over 8 months. It's useless. It no longer connects to the app. The recording is so hit and miss. Dont waste your money!
