Easy to use , very nice lock.Instructions are not easy to follow for most people.

Item came with no instructions and parts looked used. There is supposed to be a template to show where to drill the extra hole and that was not in there either. Looks like a return that was not check and I got the left overs. Sending it back and now I have to figure out a new option by tomorrow.

Great lock, too bad the instructions were so poorly written.

This is a very nice lock, and the install and set up are pretty easy. I like that the key pad is lighted, makes it easy to see at night. I also like the flexibility to use codes of 4 to 8 digits, as well as the "button" you hold near the lock, or even a traditional key to open it. The lock seems to be very high quality, but I can't vouch for that until it has been in place for some time. I buy a lot of this type lock for my rental properties. I recently had to return 2 LockState brand locks that failed within a week of install. So far, I think these are made better, have more features, and a better price as well. I will be buying more of these in the future.Two month update: locks operating flawlessly. My renters LOVE them. Better security and no keys to carry or lose. I plan to buy more of these locks for my properties.9 month update: still working flawlessly on the same set of batteries! I would like to order more of this model, but currently out of stock and Amazon says it may not be back. Sad :-(

The lock did not last even a year. The latch started jamming about 3 months ago, and today got completely jammed and now I need to buy a new one.

Easy install. Works seemlessly so far. Looks good. Battery sleeve a little difficult to remove. But still a good product.

The handle arrived quickly and was easy to install. I purchased it to restrict access to a bathroom at my business that is sometimes unattended. Customers are able to call to obtain the code. I find that many of my customers are unable to operate the lock when provided the code. I am unsure if they are not waiting for the keypad to "wake up" since I am not onsite with them when they attempt to use it. In any event it leads to them being frustrated. I give it 4 stars though since I do not have problems accessing the bathroom with the code. I would prefer the metal keys since these soft keys sometimes don't register when pressed.

Programming doesn't work well. Tried more than 20 times. Still the same. I had to open the back over 10 times to reset.

I like it a lot. I bought one more.

It broke within the first month and we had to pay $100 to get a locksmith to let us into my house. I spent another three buying a better keypad lock from the locksmith. I’m trying to return it now for a refund

Always have to punch in code to keep it unlocked
