My Reading Tutor - Nintendo DS

I thought this would be a great tool to help my daughter with reading, but it is definitely not what I expected. The areas that are covered in this game are no where close to what she is learning in school (kindergarten). The part where she can record her voice while retelling the story was neat at first, but instead of learning the words in the story, my daughter easily memorized it. My daughter played this game for the first couple of weeks after I gave it to her, and hasn't played with it since.

Its an ok game wish it was a little more challenging its a little to easy for my 5 year old

It didnt keep my kids interested in playing it for more then a few minutes. they got bored really fast.

My son is 5 years old and can read better than most kids older than him

My daughter finished this without issue and enjoyed it. She started with TAG Junior before Pre-K and TAG (by LeapFrog) during Pre-K.

Thank you for this wonderful educational game my son is doing very well in school this is an Awesome game.

I thought my son would play this since his DS is new. He tried it for about 5 minutes and I had to sit with him and convince him to try it again one other time. I wouldn't buy this again, the graphics aren't very eye-catching for a 6 year old and it's pretty boring.
