So excited! I've seen these on tiktok and thought they were the cutest thing. I saw them suggested on amazon and bought without hesitation.It came packaged well. The product itself is gorgeous. The lip cream shade I got was "meredith". It appears you can blend it out effortlessly and get a nice gentle tint for your lips.Flower Knows seems to be quite aware how to deliver not only on the beauty product but with the design of the whole item. It's beautiful and I can't wait to decide what I'd like to try next from them!

Makeup by Flower Knows is such a delight to use! Their products are always adorable and beautifully presented. This little lip cream is exactly what I want and expect from Flower Knows. It’s SO cute!This color is actually much more subtle than it looks in the pot. It is also matte - it makes my lips look buttery smooth. Some matte formulas make my lips look dried out and wrinkly, especially because I often deal with chapped lips. This formula, fortunately, doesn’t have that issue!The cream itself is velvety smooth and is a lovely, satisfying texture. While wearing it, my lips stayed hydrated, but once it started wearing off, my lips were noticeably drier out. This is pretty typical for me and ‘hydration’ formulas of lip products. If you have this issue, you’ll understand what I mean.When applying this lip cream, be sure to apply it in light layers and let it dry before adding more if you want a deeper color. Because it’s in a pot and the lip wand picks up quite a bit of cream, it’s very tempting to heap it on. However, it takes ages to set properly if you do this. I found it much easier to use a small lip brush because it gives a more even application, which means it dries faster, and you can layer it on more if you want.Once it sets, it doesn’t rub off on things. It fades over the day (in a nice way), so I did reapply a few times throughout my workday.Overall: Wasn't quite a win for me, because it left my lips a little dry. However, I was impressed with the presentation, and FW still remains one of my favorite C-beauty brands.

Beautiful packaging and amazing lipstick texture, worth the hype! I love applying this to my lips because it’s not drying but gives a matte effect which I love!! I even got two different shades for myself and more to gift friends and family.

I absolutely love Flower Knows.When I first saw their whimsical product designs, I was obsessed. As soon as I got my bonus this year, I ordered over $100 worth of their products. They're all beautiful, but their lip creams are hands-down my favorites.I ordered this Strawberry Cupid Cake Lip Cream in V01 - Vanitea. I already owned V02 - Soufflé, and I would have preferred to try a darker shade, but when these things become available for testing, sometimes you don't have time to sweat the details if you want the chance at owning one. I'm not mad about it, I just would have preferred to vary my collection a little more.The cake design of these lip colors is probably the most original cosmetics design I have ever seen. It's a display piece even if it wasn't functional. The color is very natural against my fairly light complexion. The sort of natural look that men who don't know better think means someone isn't wearing makeup. The creams go on silky smooth, and they feel velvety on my lips, not sticky. The color lasts a surprisingly long time, in my opinion.If I had unlimited funds, I would buy every color in this collection. I wasn't introduced to Flower Knows until after Strawberry Cupid launched, but they truly have brilliant design that makes owning something like a lipstick feel incredibly special.I will say that the way the Cake lip creams work is a little odd, but I don't think it's a problem. The wand goes into a hole in the center (think donut) and the color is separated from it in the surrounding circle. I'm not sure what the purpose of this is, I find it a little strange, but it hasn't caused me any issues. The wands haven't gotten crusty or anything, which is what I guess I was worried about.

What an absolutely delightful little product. The design is so full of whimsy and joy, it just makes me happy seeing the tiny little cake sitting on my vanity table. It's also just beautifully made, it feels so heavyweight and satisfying to hold, and all the little details are a delight.And not only does it look cute, but the formula is dreamy as well. The texture is light and fluffy, almost whipped, and it applies like velvet. It smooths out all the lines in my lips and makes my lips look fuller somehow. It also feels amazing on the lips as well. It's so velvety and creamy, yet also somehow weightless and airy. It leaves my lips feeling so soft and satisfying I catch myself just rubbing them together to experience the velvety feeling.The color is soft and forgiving, it blurs out into a soft shade without any harsh lines, so it's easy to apply. I like to tap a few dots on my lips and then blend it out with a finger. It gives a soft natural dreamy wash of color and it just looks so ethereal and delicate.It's so gorgeous, unique and well made - it would make an awesome gift for all ages! I am definitely putting it on my list of gift ideas for friends and family. It's just such a joyful and well thought out little piece. Absolutely a delight and high quality.

The makeup is inside a donut-shaped well in the little cake. I'm unsure if this serves a functional purpose, but it isn't a hindrance.The product feels kind of dry/solid almost like a lip pencil.
