Oversized on a RรDE Podmic but perfect for a Heil PR-781!
It works fine as a pop filter. As others have mentioned, it's a bit long for a Podmic but looks good and will still work. It is, however, the perfect size to fit on a Heil PR-781. It also fits nicely on a Heil PR-40 (and likely other mics of the same size.)

These work perfectly for my podcast mics.

Does not fit, look at another one.
Look for another one. These fit very loosely on an actual Rode Podmic. It wouldn't be a big issue except it's a windscreen. Windscreens don't really work unless they make contact with the mic itself; that's the point of the fur. Overall, look for one that actually fits.
