Easy to set up - came with an EU plug but I ordered from UK Amazon and expected a UK plug
It was easy to set up - press the WPS button on the Zyxel router, then press the WPS button on the Zyxel range extender. The range extender appears on the laptop as another WiFi connection. Easily connected to by the laptop using the regular password for the router.Only slight negative is that it came with a EU plug (two round pins) rather than a UK plug (3 rectangular pins). I am currently using a travel adaptor to get me started and have ordered an additional smaller EU to UK plug for permanent use.

Not great
I bought two of these and the results were mixed to say the least. Both items worked out of the box, one took longer than the other to connect using WPS, but neither would connect to 5ghz at all. At first i thought it wasn't much of an issue as i only wanted to extend the signal to the garden when using a phone and up to the lads baby monitor camera in the room furthest from the router and they worked, couldn't fault them at first. Then a couple of months in different devices started disconnecting or saying there was no internet, i'm not sure whether the devices were at fault or the wifi signals were confusing each other but even the TV closest to the router would crap out. i unplugged one extender device and had the same results, so plugged in the other extender device with the first extender device unplugged and got the same results again, unplugged both extender devices and my wifi is good again, it just doesn't have the range i wanted and the reason for the purchase. My house is old and of solid brick construction.
