Terrible quality control. Motherboard failure after seven months.
Seven months after delivery, I thought a hard drive failed. Talked to LG, who said, "Yes, sounds like a hardware failure and not a software problem. You should get that fixed." They would not even consider standing behind their product. Turns out, the motherboard slot was bad, not the hard drive. They still aren't interested in standing behind their product. I will never again purchase from LG. And now, the motherboard issue is causing a constant drain on the battery, so the percentage goes down about a percent per day despite being constantly plugged in. I have another month and a half until it's bricked, at this rate. My laptops always last five or six years, and are replaced when they are too slow and need an upgrade. This is unacceptable.

No SD card slot
My older LG-Gram17 (17Z90P-K) has a Micro SD card slot that I use in business. If, for example, my laptop dies I could simply remove the card and install it in a new one and be good to go. I'm not a fan of keeping large files in the cloud for security reasons and I wouldn't have to wait to load them. It was unfortunate that the new LG-Grams have removed the slot and if I can't work a solution other than buying an adapter and have it either stick out where it can break or keep it in my pocket where it can get lost, I may just send the laptop back to Amazon. It would have cost LG nothing to include that in the new laptops. They had plenty of room. It just seems that LG is getting less business friendly. Edit: Still happy with it but the keyboard keys are weirdly marked and whoever designed it should be fired. For example the : and ; printing on the key are placed side by side on the top portion of the key instead of top and bottom like other keyboard keys. The bottom of the key is blank. It's the same with the other keys. Small letters and lots of open space on the key. Awful disappointment.

There may be a glitch in some laptops when downloading apps and other items
Laptop froze on me a few times. As I was deleting all information it froze again as it was restarting. Not happy with such an expensive item. Did like the light weight aspect though. The box also came damage with no interior packing. I did a much better job returning laptop.
