15-sq ft White Plastic Tile Membrane Peel-Set-Grout No Mortar.

This made my project so much easier! I have used normal adhesive for these projects before and the tiles slide all over the place but with this it really sticks! Just be careful when you put something on it really make sure you have it where you want it cause it won’t come off. Definitely will use again!

Worked well for my backsplash tile. Very sticky, unless you don’t tile the same day you stick it up.

We installed our backsplash using mussel bound. Very easy to use. Worked great. Best of all no mess.

This was an incredible product for a DIY project. Simple to apply and the tile sticked well.

This stuff definitely sticks to properly prepared walls, and it did great with my 3x12” subway tiles. I left them ungrouted overnight and not a single one moved. Now that the grout’s up, those tiles aren’t going anywhere. That said, I’ll probably go with traditional mortar next time. Yes, it’s messier but you (a) don’t have to panic about grouting within 24 hours if you’re exhausted; and (b) you can face-level tiles by adding mortar as needed if your walls aren’t perfectly flat — and most aren’t. With the mat, there’s no give at all, so anywhere the wall bows out or curves in, so does the tile. It would be great for niches, accents, and floors though!

I have a beautiful ceramic backsplash in my kitchen with MusselBound. Fast. More or less easy. Clean. The more or less part comes from you don't get many chances to get it right. With thinset, you can slide and position the tile. Not at all the case with this. You can gently lay the tile on top and position you work, but once you commit, you commit. Still, this was the first and only time I've ever used the product and I managed to get it. I would recommend a rubber roller to help stick the MusselBound to the wall as well as the tile to the MusselBound.

Wall was sanded and cleaned. Product stuck to the wall perfectly, needed 3 rolls for the whole kitchen with some left over. Tiles are STUCK on that bad boy, never to come off again. Only advise is if you have to use a wet saw to cut tiles, dry them in the over at 250 for 10 minutes. Wet or damp tiles will not stick.

Make your job much more easier And they hold up good

Everybody gave this product a bad review, I tiled 15 sq feet with this product. I followed the instructions, cleaned the surface properly beforehand and applied the product as per the spec sheet. I have since applied the grout and 3 weeks later I am still very satisfied. My honest opinion, I will use this product for smaller areas, large areas I would use the glue.

Just follow the directions, watch a few how to videos and you won't have any trouble. This absolutely worked great for me, and saved so much time and mess.

Had tiles pop. Would not use again
