We were told years ago by a naturalist that this is one of the best products to use if you start feeling ill or run down. We have since used Congaplex faithfully.

I love standard process, congaplex! I started taking these because my chiropractor told me about them. Me and my family were getting sick quite a bit, especially myself and I mean like every month! I started taking these when I felt sick or when I was around someone who’s sick and they really did shorten the virus. I would take one every hour as soon as I started to feel something and sometimes a very next day it would be gone. I give these to my teenage kids and my husband and my adult daughter and they work for all of us! I always have them on hand so that we never run out. We do not chew them because they taste gross but if you swallow them, it’s fine. They do not leave an aftertaste. They have great ingredients that are very clean! I really like standard process supplements! They’re easy to swallow and they do not cause any discomfort in your stomach so you can take these on an empty stomach.

You're technically not supposed to have dairy while using this, and to be honest... he doesn’t listen. (I tell him every time!) REALLY great stuff .Stops a cold or virus in its tracks. Take two at the first indication that you might be coming down with something .(The earlier you start the better). Continue every 30 minutes to an hour until it either goes away or stops getting worse . I never want to go to bed with out at least a half a bottle in my house.

My German Shepherd puppy's vet suggested this to help build up his immune system, after his whole litter got sick around six weeks old. When I brought him home around 10 weeks old, I kept him on this and it definitely helped his health continue to improve as he has grown. Sometimes he would just eat the capsules, but it was easier for me to cut them open and sprinkle them, along with some puppy probiotics, into food so he just ate the powder without fighting the pills. Dropping them down his throat was another option, but since he'd eat them I didn't go that route with these pills. ;)

This is a great item throughout the year, especially when I have what seems to be the beginning of a cold or lung issues. It has calcium in other nutrients which are easily absorbed. I really enjoy standard process and believe it’s extremely high-quality.
