Barista Italiano 100 ESE Coffee Paper Pods 44mm (DECAF, 100 Sachets)

This is excellent coffee - one of the best tasting ones I have tried. Unfortunately it’s packed so tightly into the pods that the water is barely able to get through. Whilst you can loosen it slightly in your hand before putting into the machine, it still runs through more slowly that other ese pods I have used previously. The question is, is it worth the time pressing the water button multiple times to get an excellent tasting cup of coffee? It possibly is, though I’m not sure if I would purchase again due to this.

Bought these by mistake as I have been using Black Donkey ESE pods which come in boxes of 50, and I thought these were the same but came in 100's, the printing on the sachets looked the same and slightly cheaper per pod. They are not as good!The Barista coffee has a more bitter taste, both in decaf and the caffeinated selection pack, so we have gone back to Black Donkey, suggest you do the same.

Great tasting coffee - drink it every day and has become my go to for coffee now. Great service- will order again xx

Nice coffee flavour and works well in our Dualit machine. Great aroma on opening each sachet.

The coffee tastes really good. I was just so downhearted when I opened the box and each one was wrapped in its own plastic packaging. I opted for the paper pods as an eco friendly option so feel disappointed with the packaging. Perhaps this is normal for keeping them fresh but seems a shame...

I'll get one thing out of the way first. I am not a coffee aficionado. Having said that I can tell a good cup from bad and these pods are good. They are ideal if you are in a hurry or if you cannot be bothered with all the cleaning up after your drink and they are far superior to instant. I would recommend them for sure.

Not as strong as Garraways but nice enough
