Traumhafte Kuvertüre. Ich benutze zum Backen nur diese Kuvertüre. Der Geschmack ist hervorragend. Die Verarbeitung sehr einfach. Das fertige Produkt glänzt nicht künstlich sondern schaut sehr „schokoladig“ und natürlich aus. Einfach zu portionieren da kleine Stücke. Nicht erst mühevolles Kleinschneiden.
