良く切れ、使いやすい

還暦を機に包丁を良さそうな物に新調。見た目も満足感あり、勿論切れ味も素人には十分だと感じます。普通の包丁と変わりないと投稿している人は、普段から良い包丁を使っているのでしょうね笑

軽くて個人的には使い勝手良いです。特に今まで鶏肉の皮を切る時に、前後にノコギリかって程に鶏皮と戦ってストレス感じてましたが、一引きで気持ち良く切れてくれるので、今は時短も含めてよかったと思ってます。
