Good light
First I want to say that the quality of both lights is good. It seems very durable and hasn't given me any issues. My kids were playing with them before they were mounted and took a couple of decent drops without issue. Installation is simple, item is secure but is still able to be adjusted freely. I've had no issues with either light drooping after riding. The back light is excellent. Has different modes depending on what you prefer, and is bright but not to the point where it becomes an annoyance. The front light is nice as well. It's not the most powerful light, but still very effective. If you are looking for a brighter adjustable light this may not be for you (I have another bike light from this company that fits that need extremely well) . But if you want a simple, high quality flood light this is great fit. It also came with two charging cables, one for each light. Which I thought was a nice since you don't have to take turns charging them. Battery lasts a long time. I haven't timed it to see, but I'd say 10 hours isn't an exaggeration. Because of the design I'm sure you can find more uses than just for a bike. They are able to mount on quite a few different applications. The only thing I didn't like about these lights was that where they mount has a little curve in it. I'm not sure exactly why, but it seems to point the light slightly to one direction. It's a minor thing, and I don't think most people would notice. It might even serve a purpose that I'm unaware of. It's more of just something to note than a true complaint. I'd buy it again, and I'll probably get a set for each of my kids for their bikes.

Super bright, and worth every penny!
The brightest lights that I have ever used!!! I have an electric wheelchair and these are phenomenal!!! All of the traditional lights found at retailers were just not bright enough. These are more than four times as bright as the ones they replaced. I no longer worry I won't be seen from behind. The front ones cast such a bright beam that you can see the light on the ground ahead of me as I'm going down the street. No more potholes in the dark! They recharge quickly and will last for a whole evenings shopping trip (even when I forget to turn them off inside the stores). They don't come with chargers (just the cords), but I bought a few at a thrift store, two for a buck, and keep them all on their own power strip. This works out nicely as I don't use them daily, only when I'm going out alone at night. Then I just pull out the power strip for the lights, and they're charged in no time. The charging “status lights” do change from red to green if you're looking at them head on. The rear lights are red plastic. So if looking at them from a ninety degree angle you see the green through the red plastic. But turn it towards you and it's clearly green. I mention this only because there were questions posted about this feature. Also, they do appear to seal up quite well so as to be water proof. I've never had a problem, even in torrential downpours, so I trust that I can leave them on my chair no matter the weather. I'm in a wheelchair, so I'm using them a bit differently than they were intended. But they are so easy to put on and take off that I can use them without assistance. The frame on my chair has the same diameter tube as handlebars, goosenecks and seat tubes on bicycles. The straps are adjustable for tube diameter, so I can place them wherever is best on my chair whether it's a thicker or thinner tube location without concern that they'll slip and move. These are a great value for the money, don't require battery replacement, and if I did ever lose one - they're cheap enough not to break the bank. My only negative comments are about how easy they are to turn on. I prefer to carry them in my bag until it's time to use them. It doesn't take much jostling to get one of these to turn on. This would be a positive feature if left on the frame, but not put into the bag. Yet I found some hard side eyeglass cases (with zippers) at the thrift store. This solved the issue completely. Not a design flaw as much as a be careful of issue. Yet - be careful how you store them when not attached to your bicycle or wheelchair.

Affordable, Easy to Install, Quality Bike Light Set
Not to long ago after fixing up my bicycle, I decided to do some shopping for bike lights because I planned on getting back into cycling in the evenings. Not knowing to much about bike lights, I came across the Vont Bike Light Set on Amazon. The price was up my ally, and as many of you would do, I read through the reviews to get a feel of what I would be getting myself into. Feeling confident in the product I decided to give it a shot and purchased the bike light set. Here is my summarized analysis of the product based on my own experience. On a scale of 1 through 4 (1 being the greatest and 4 being the least), and a star rating denoted by, "#☆", I rate it as such: 1) Battery Life; 5☆ 2) Easy Installation; 5☆ 3)Brightness; 3☆ 4) Water resistance; inapplicable (I have yet to ride in the rain so have placed water resistance in last place, but this is subject to change). The battery life is amazing. During one of my rides I was out for over an hour with my lights on the 4th setting, and the charge was still holding up well. The charge time also is not at all long. Installation of the lights is as simple as it gets. You might be confused at first, but after glancing at the pieces you'll quickly understand how the set up works with no manual needed. I think the Installation design is awesome because it's easy to put on as well as take off the lights with no hassle. Brightness of the lights is where things change up for me. What's interesting is that looking from afar at the bike lights, they appear bright. So onlookers or vehicles will be able to see you bright as day. But when it comes to visibility/illumination while riding, it doesn't appear as bright and can be a bit difficult to see around you, but not overbearing. I can't say much for water resistance because of reasons stated above, but that is subject to change with more individual analysis. (One other thing to note, I never tested the bike lights durability to take a fall from 10 ft or being able to withstand the load pressure of a truck, so take what's said in the product's description at your own discretion). Overall, I personally think that the Vont Bike Light Set is a decent bike light, and give it a 4 star rating. If you're looking for affordable, easy to install, as well as good quality bike lights, that will satisfy your needs, than the Vont Bike Light Set is a viable option for you.

I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT - lightweight, bright and rechargeable
I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. In short: the VONT PYRO is lightweight, sturdy, bright and rechargeable. The light appears well made, has a plastic lens with metal bezel and rubberized case. The light will allow the user to be visible, be it on a bicycle, a helmet, a backpack or clothing. Full review: Data has shown that bicycle riders, as well as pedestrians, have a better chance of being observed by approaching vehicles if they are illuminated. I already own one set of lights (different brand) and felt a second set would allow me better visibility. The first set of lights (different brand) are on my handlebars and below my saddle. They work great in most cases, but I found cross traffic would sometimes not see the lighting with parked cars and other obstacles hindering their sight. My intentions were to purchase a set of lights for my helmet, which then increased the height of the lighting and allowed the light to move as I pedal. I came across the VONT PYRO, a small, lightweight, rechargeable LED lighting set. I ordered a set and it arrived a couple of days later. My first impressions at unboxing were the product was packaged in a brown cardboard box adorned with a product logo. Inside the box was the two lights, product warranty and literature papers, two USB micro cords and four rubber straps. I found the VONT PYRO was well constructed. The lens is made of plastic, the bezel is a metal ring, and the case is rubberized. The case contained a covered USB port and a rubberized on/off switch. The light came partially charged and allowed me to test the settings. All setting are bright, but it is difficult to capture that in a picture. It was easy to attach the lights to my helmet, which allowed for easy charging. I just bring my helmet to the workbench in my garage. I also can easily detach the lights when I am going for a jog in the street or a hike in the trail. In closing, I would recommend this product to anyone interested in a portable versatile lighting option.

Reasonable bike lights at a low cost
EDIT: Having used these light more now I'm still really happy with them. Unlike some other lights I've used the battery in these Vont lights keeps the charge for a lot longer than other makes between uses. They also lasted more than long enough for my epic long rides. Which is why I bought them. I've got two bikes so I will most likely buy another set for my other bike. I've used my lights once so far on a daytime 4 hour ride, and I left them running the whole time. I thought I would share my opinion on the lights. Overall I think for a set of $15 lights I'm happy with them. But I do have one minor issue with the front light which I've detailed below. I also cant comment on the life span of the battery either in terms of running time or lifespan after a number of charge cycles. The front light was mounted on the bars using the rubber clip, but one thing I didn't like was how the clip has a curved section that makes the light point at quite a few degrees from the center, I'd guess 15-25 degrees. So it isn't optimal for front on visibility. I'll probably fabricate something to correct that a bit so the light intensity is increased more to the front than the oblique angle it currently sits at. The rear light was attached to my small under seat bag using the built in clip on the light, one minor thing I noticed was the light points up a bit more than I'd like, but that's nothing to do with the light, and all do to with my mounting method. If it was mounted on the seat post then it would be perfect. It seems fairly bright, but maybe not as bright as my Bontrager lights, but that set was about $70 so its unfair to compare them. Turning them on and off is really easy even with thick gloves on, so that's really nice. My Bontrager lights are a bit of a pain to turn on and off in comparison. Hopefully this review is of use to someone thinking about buying these lights.

Excellent lights but the mounting clips are awful
Edit: Vont customer service reached out to me and expedited a replacement set so I am changing my review to 5 stars. Their customer service/lifetime warranty is excellent. Instead of relying on the clip to slide these onto the harness/packs, I have trimmed the rubber straps, slipped them under the clip, and attached a mini 2-chambered carabiner so one end can just be unclipped from the harness/packs when I need to recharge the lights. This prevents any damage to the fragile clip. I do think these would be better if they had another method to attach them to objects like dog collars/harnesses especially if a biner could clip directly onto the light. But, overall, they're fantastic bright lights that make it a lot safer for me to take my dogs out at night/in the rain. _____________________________________ The lights are nice and bright and the battery life is good. Unfortunately, the clips on the back to attach them are just awful and failed completely fter a few uses which has made them completely unusable for our needs. I attached these to dog harness/packs for visibility at night and simply sliding the light's clip over a very thin fabric loop on their harness caused the clip to deform and so now it is impossible to keep them secured onto the harness. I haven't been able to figure out a different way to attach them that doesn't cause them to fall off. It's a shame because they're nearly perfect, otherwise. Very bright and can be solid light or flashing. Reasonably water-resistant. The port to plug in the charging cable is a bit of a tight fit and the plug can bend if you're not careful but they charge quickly. I would not recommend these for any use where you will want to attach them with the clip. They are just not sturdy enough to last very long.

Best lights I've tried BY FAR!
Everything about these lights is so awesome. First off, as soon as I opened the box and pressed the button, I was blinded and seeing spots for a while, they are INCREDIBLY bright, and they also have a less intense brightness mode, blinking, pattern, etc. On top of that, they are rechargeable and don't require me having to constantly buy batteries (which are beginning to cost more than the lights themselves). The mounting system is simple, yet secure- which means I don't have to worry about losing them, but I can take them off easily if they need to be charged up. And it uses a type-C USB, which I LOVE. There is nothing worse than having 6 different types of charging cords, especially for an Android user who has type-C cords for everything else. Overall, I'd have to say that I'm impressed with the quality for the price, the style, brightness, convenience- all of it. PLUS I just got a LIFETIME warrantee for them, just by scanning a qr code and following prompts. Now THAT is service. I'd give 7 out of 5 stars for this one. Great product guys.

Not happy, but you get what you pay for. 3.5 stars.
At $10.99 this is a good deal, but don't expect too much from this set performance wise. Overall, at this price, this is a good set, as a security marker lights set. Positives: 1) Good mount mechanism, seems secure 2) Four lighting modes Negatives: 1) Battery life is 3 hours (claimed, I didn't test it yet) on the first/brightest setting. Would have loved to get more time from it, maybe remove the brightest setting all together - it lasts (claimed) 10 hours on the second brightness, which is good enough for city riding, as a position/marker light for security. You wouldn't want to take this light for riding in the woods at night, even on the brightest setting. 2) Lens plastic is rough (some imperfections in it) and cheap; the metal-colored non-functional decorative frame around is light and cheap, it came detached on one of the lights, had to screw it on. 3) The "waterproof" claim is a widely used marketing scam - the box says it is IPX4 rated, which is only splash resistance, very far from IPX7 (up to 3 feet of water for a few minutes). Even IPX4 looks to be a false claim on this set - the cover for the USB port is flapping around, doesn't go in tight. It covers the port from sight, not from the elements. The same rubbery body covers the button itself, so I don't expect the button to be clickable in moderate to heavy rain. I think at best this should be IPX2 rated (vertically dripping water). 4) Charging port is difficult to get to, and it is recessed to different levels in the two lights, a sign of sloppy design/assembly.

Absolutely recommended!
These lights couldn’t be easier to use! Super simple to attach to my bike and once they’re on, they stay on. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a reliable pair of bicycle lights.

3yrs later, still going strong.
This lights are still going strong, three years later. Thoroughly recommend. They’re bright but I wouldn’t use for main beam, more as an additional flashing light or something. That said, these can still be used as main beam, just won’t compete with other bright lights

love these lights, super bright and durabe
Love these lights, they're the second set I've bought. The first have gone through my washing machine at least 4 times and they still work! They're not as bright as they were, but they're still great. I like how you have two options to attach, one to clip on, and one with the wrap around thingy (very technical, I know). 🙃 The lights are super, super bright. I also like how many different settings they have. Def recommend these lights if you're biking at night.
