This book is the king of this method
This book is good and worth the price. It explains gradient and isocratic elution in great detail and the analysis and tracing of drugs in the body using radiotracers. Also contains useful tables of uv detection bands of organics, including napthalene which is useful for PAH analysis in soils and water of an environmental nature. At degree HPLC is badly taught, this book will correct this, but try to work out problems in hplc using real data as this helps, think of like dissolves like and rotary film evaporation which is like a pressure cooker to understand the hplc method. A simple survey of the ingredients in Anadin will also help you understand converging and diverging elutropic series and shifts of a uv nature. An applied science in the extreme. Diagrams will help your understanding too.

A great guide for research students.
This book is very well structured and contains a great deal of information. I've found it an incredible aid for my understanding of HPLC in general and for my Thesis writing.

Pensavo che fosse meglio...
un costo molto elevato per un libro di poche pagine e senza approfondimenti...meglio spendere più soldi ma prendere un libro più serio!
