Good
I bought these to help me come off anti-depressant medication which I've been taking for a long time and I would say they are helping me through these awful side effects. They did help straight away with irritability not a cure but they've definitely helped balance my brain, helping with the sleep problem a bit but that's still a problem. I've been taking them for a month now so it's not a quick solution for me but they've definitely helped. Nice small tablet easy to swallow.

Benefit of taking 5HTP
This product does the job of lifting my mood+sleeping better.I was taking a prescribed anti-depressant which had an adverse effect on my finger joints causing Arthralgia which can be very painful.This side effect was stated in the literature. I therefore stopped it gradually +started on 5HTP.After a week I can alredy feel the positive benefits..+ my fingers are improving.

Don’t delay and buy!!
I’ve no words just buy it! I’ve spent the past two months barely even getting out of bed I was so terribly depressed. First I noticed I slept through the night and then began to feel refreshed. Today I have literately not only cleaned the house but taken all the Xmas decorations down and yes I know I just didn’t have the will or energy before 🥲 my house is sparkling and my energy levels and mood completely opposite to what I was. I couldn’t sing the praises of this enough and that is within a week of starting taking it.

Not worth it
Haven’t noticed any difference using this product at all. Sleep hasn’t improved from this nor my mood. Waste of money for me. Buy proper magnesium instead if you’re looking for a sleep aid

Hard to swallow
The edges of these tablets are smooth and it’s hard to swallowOther than, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement on my mood after taking for a month
