Great flavor (my favorite is white peach though), easy to throw in my water and dissolves quickly. Most of all, I can tell I’m staying hydrated throughout the day and I am not as groggy when 3-4pm hits.

Great for adding to your daily water bottle to feel extra hydrated with no jitters for normally sugar. This MIO and a lemon is my perfect daily hydrator. Plus this tastes pretty good and fruit too!

Electrolytes are always a little salty, but I loved this one. It has a strong flavor which is great! I used one pack in my 40oz cup each time and it was perfect for me! We all loved this on our beach vacation. For sure recommend!

This product is perfect for daily use, after workouts, and brings me back to life after a night of drinking. The flavor is great and it isn't chalky. It only lost a star because mine arrived with one of the pouches busted so there was a sticky residue all over the remaining pouches. I find it does well even with larger amounts of water without tasting diluted. It dissolves well and isn't chalky.

I ordered the raspberry lemonade and it’s a great flavor. We use this whenever we are exercising or when our son has soccer or track. We love liquid IV and I love how easy it is to either order it or buy it at retailers. The price is great and the quality of the product seems good too. It really dissolves easily with our shaker bottle and water in just a little bit of ice.
