Works great as a holder, but wireless charging has issues.
Having now tested the phone holder properly for a week or so I thought I'd share my findings how it performs with my Samsung 7 Edge.As a phone holder it works great, quite robust, wide range of adjustment to get the right position, quick and easy to install your phone and grips it well, easy to remove the phone, 5 stars.On the downside is the wireless charging, In fairness it's not all the holders fault, I've had a number of wireless chargers and they all disappoint in some way. First you have to align the phone in the holder fairly accurately or it stops charging, the bottom support arm adjusts up an down to hold the phone in just the right spot. Once set it's a piece of cake, but if you have different makes of phones it'll need fiddling with when you swap. Second: If like me you have a fairly chunky case with card holders, then the wireless charging field struggles to reach the phone through the thickness of the case, take the phone out of the case or use a thinner one and it charges perfectly well, but this isn't always practical and a pfaff.. Third:Using my phone as a sat nav the charging could only just keep up, a 3 hour drive with sat nav on only put 5% charge back into the phone, (not an issue if you don't use it as a sat nav, charges ok). Fourth: With the case fitted, sat nav on and wireless charging, my phone warned me it was overheating, something it's never done before, plugging in the USB direct stopped it overheating, but defeats the object of having wireless charging. The inductive charging makes the phone slightly hotter by itself, so combine that with navigating and cased it was too much.Of course you can't account for different cases and how you use your phone so everyone's experience will be slightly different.Dropped a star purely because of wireless charging performance but it's not a deal breaker and recommended overall.

Wow! I like this wireless car charger+ phone holder! I would even say that this one does charge faster than the regular charges do. I usually use my phone as a navigator and I do like the fact that the device holds my phone quite tight so I’m not afraid it will slide off any minute , especially when I’m on a motorway! Very good size too! Not too big not too small.The folder with silicone pad can protect your phone as well.

Does not fast charge wirelessly a Samsung s6
Great product however the product does not wirelessly first charge.. using the provided cable and use bullet adaptor for the 12v socket in the car my s6 does fast charge using the green 2.4amp output with the lead plugged directly into the phone however having the lead plugged into the holder/wireles charger altho It does charge it just isn't fast chstging. And instead wirelessly charges at normal 1.0 amp rate.. plugging the cable direct to phone on 15% battery says fast charging and will be 100% in an hour and 15 mins tho using the wireless holder is says charging is 2hoirs 26 mins till 100%It's not a major gripe as this is a great product that works but I did buy this I'm the premise of hoping for fast wireless charging

Easy to useGood build qualityVery good sticking/suctionWireless charging is a great feature & works well though needs usb connection for use.Strong phone grip - fits my S7 edge.Only downside - not long enough arm/tilt/rotate feature to get correct phone angle only portrait.Will buy again so recommended.

a bit lacking in instruction
Build quality is ok, seems strong enough but initially it did not charge an iphone x through an otterbox case. Only after posting a negative review did they contact me to say that you need to pull the lower part of the holder down until the charging coils align.Going back over the box, instructions were missing which made it less obvious.It does charge but it was all a bit itritating

Very nice. Use very easy and comfortable when you drive, you can speak and you can use a map.Change working good.

Customer Service is awesome
I loved this product so much I was prepared to get another case, to make it work. After leaving a really bad review (SORRY) The customer service team got in touch, sent me instructions and now the product is perfect. Sturdy and charges as it is meant to do. I have deleted my previous review and I cannot fault the product now, hence the five stars!

Great for using phone like a sat nav.
After an initial issue with the first unit, the vendor was extremely quick in resolving my issue. I now have a new unit and it works excellently.It great just being able to dock my phone and be able to use it like a sat nav without losing charge.
