How long does it remain cold? This was asked already, with all giving positive answers, but there are dozens of people who say it only lasts 5-15 min

10 minutes at best.  Trying to ice my knee and have to use a wrap to hold it against my knee.  Begins to lose it's coldness about 5 minutes in.  Definitely looking to get a longer lasting one.  A 20 minute icing is needed.

Question 2

Is "proprietary gel" non-toxic? I have found that all ice packs leak eventually, and don't want toxic chemicals in my freezer or on my skin.

I have had this ice pack in XL since 2018  it has been frozen many times, but mostly I keep it in a mini fridge in my room and use it for when my husband or I have migraines. It stays cold for a really long time. Folded in half, it has a really nice weight to it and, unfolded, it’s large enough to wrap around my head. It has never started leaking. I actually just ordered another one so my husband and I would both have one. I definitely recommend the larger size as it does stay cold much longer than the smaller size (hours).

What is the warranty? I've had two out of the three ice pack I've owned leak. How do you stand by your product?

Is this only intended for cold. Im a massage therapist and I have a towel warmer, can I just roll this up and throw it?.
