Nice sunshade; fits perfectly
I like the Honda Fit INTRO-TECH Sunshade very much. I bought it for my 2013 model and it fits fine, so don't be misled by the product title, which when I bought it was described as "2009-2012." In fact, it even says "09-13" on the product's box itself. The sunshade is in a roll and you install it very easily by just unrolling it. I thought this might be kind of cumbersome, but it isn't. It is pretty flexible in the direction it is rolled in. Plus, you have a large "staging area" on the top of the dashboard, so you unroll it there and then just move it up to the windshield and pull the visors down to hold it in place. It has a slot to fit around the mirror. At first it seemed that you might have to bend the sunshade a lot to get it around the mirror, but after some experimentation I found that you can tilt it left and right and get it around the mirror with little or no bending at all.It does tend to move out a little (maybe an inch or 2) away from the windshield at the lower left and right corners - the areas the farthest from the anchoring visors at the top. However, I think over time this will improve with use, and it is still blocking the sun from coming in there even if not perfectly tight against the glass. It is very light and rolls up into a pretty small roll. Of course it is pretty long, since it covers the entire windshield. It does fit onto the rear cargo cover (if you have one installed), although of course it blocks some of your view out the rear window in this position. The best place to store it seems to be under the rear seat. It tucks up out of the way there and does not obstruct your heels sitting in the back seat.I read some reviews of an alternate sunshade, the Heatshield Brand with the triangular side-window covers. Some complain about it being cumbersome and unwieldy. I bought the Intro-Tech sunshade instead because I thought that those added side panels would just make things more cumbersome, and I think I was correct. The Intro-Tech is really easy to put up and take down.I cannot speak to how effective it is yet because it is only April. However, it seems that it will work much like any other such puffy reflective shield, and being a perfect fit should be pretty effective.Edit:I actually used it for real (as opposed to just trying it out in the garage) today. I still don't have the hang of getting it around the mirror easily and had to bend it some. I think eventually it will acquire some minor bent areas around the mirror area and will just go on more easily. The only other issue I had is when I took it down, sitting in the driver's seat and then rolling it up (on top of the dashboard), I was unable to roll it tight enough to get the velcro strap to fit around it. So I just reached back and placed it on the floor of the backseat and then rolled it up better when I got home. In other words, it is a little awkward to deal with while it is on top of the dashboard.Although it still isn't hot enough here to really judge its effectiveness, the sun was beating down on the windshield for much of the afternoon with the sunshade on, the temp was about 70 degrees, and I left the side windows open a crack. The car stayed relatively cool like that. I noticed that the car heated up very quickly after I took the shade down from the windshield. So it seems pretty effective.07/15/13 EditI have used this shade for a while now, so I am adding to my review. I can now install it and take it down in less than a minute. I can even roll it up while on top of the dashboard and secure it in a pretty tight roll using a short Velcro strip that I leave attached to the existing strap to lengthen it some. The shade did develop a slight crease on both sides of the mirror and that makes it easy to get around the mirror and doesn't at all affect its coverage.I have now used it in very hot weather, with the car sitting for over 3 hours in direct sunlight in 90 degree heat, with just the side windows open a crack. It absolutely helps a lot. The dashboard stays relatively cool to the touch, and most importantly the steering wheel, which as you may have experienced can get VERY hot without such a cover. Of course the interior still gets real hot, but nothing like how it would be without it. So I don't really see any reason at all not to get one of these.

Fits perfectly and works beautifully
It arrived earlier than originally scheduled which was great. It was in perfect condition, was easy to put in place and fit the dimensions of the car (2013 Honda Fit) perfectly. This was a gift for my niece because her original sunshade was too small to cover the entire area of the large windshield of the Honda and could not really reach the visor to stay in place. As soon as I put it up, I could feel the temp in the car drop significantly. Living in Hawaii, this works perfectly!

Bang! Exactly what I was looking for!
I have a Honda Fit, which by any measure is a very small car. The only problem with this car is its very tall front windshield (34"), which is taller than most SUV's. This particular windshield is sized PERFECTLY. If I could only make one little suggestion, make the cutout for the rearview mirror a tad larger.

This one fits the car well!
Went through couple of different sun shades for 2010 FIT, but this one was a better fit! Had some issues with the item(defective) and company sent me the replacement.

Reviews of difficulty in use have been overstated
I was very hesitant to buy this due to the mixed reviews, but I'm very glad I did! There is definitely a learning curve - took maybe 3-4 times using it before I figured out the easiest way. That said, i don't find it nearly as difficult as some reviewers have. I roll it out with the bottom edge against the windshield, then raise it up to flush and just bend the corners around the mirror. It fits the ridiculously huge Fit windshield perfectly, which is why I bought it (I had to use 3 of those circle panel ones to cover it before, and they didn't work well). Mine does not cover the triangular side windows, but is exactly the right size for the windshield. When I take it down the outward facing silver side is HOT, but the inner surface is cooler. It definitely works, and I live in Phoenix where a sunshade is absolutely critical (it has been over 110* for the last couple weeks). I take the time to put this up even if I will only be in a store for 10-15min, because it actually makes a difference. It is rather large once role up, but I just toss it in the back seat on the floor. It rolls up to the full height, cylinder about 6" diameter when rolled up. That would probably be my only downside - the size when rolled. For me it is well worth it though.

The best sunshade for your vehicle!
I don't know about the complaints of this not "fit"ting the 2012 Fit easily, but I had no problem installing and removing this from my Fit's windshield. It's easy enough to just bend both tabs that fit behind the mirror so that it'll clear and then push it into place. This sunshade works beautifully, like all the other Intro-Tech sunshades I've bought for my vehicles. They stay in place and block out the sun almost completely as it's made to exacting specifications. The lifetime warranty from the company is also a welcome addition, but by the looks of it, this thing will probably last a very, very long time as it's made with quality materials (unlike the cheap sunshades you get from China at Walmart or most auto supply stores). I have shades for my '83 Isuzu pickup, '07 Fit and '07 Odyssey and now this one; none of them have disappointed me at all. You won't go wrong in purchasing a custom shade from Intro-Tech for your vehicle!

The best windshield cover
I had a Sunscreen product that folds up like an accordion against one side of the windshield. That worked moderately well, but didn't cover the entire windshield. Then I got a Cover Craft one that folds up. It is split into two pieces and is heavy duty and covers everything. It works great, but is bulky and awkward and the silver side gets too hot to touch. This roll up version (custom fit to your vehicle) is the best so far. It is easy to roll up and put in the floor of the back seat, fits even better than the Cover Craft, and is just as effective. I'm going with this unless something better appears.

It’s great, BUT...
It’s Great! BUT the roll up part is a huge hassle I had a legit fight with the thing twice before I gave up and ordered the fold up one. Do yourself a favor get the folding one. Both are amazing quality and fit but the rolling up is a huge pain! The folding one is amazing I’m ordering another for my other car it’s thin and fits perfect!
