Will this work using a canon 5d mark iv dslr camera with t-ring mount?

Yes and not sure but I think it is a t-2 before the camera. If you are using a slower optical train refractor like an f6 or f7. It will significantly round out the stars on the edge of the focal plain.

What is the image circle of this?? is it good for ff? or just for aspc??

Depending on refractor size you will crop more of the image. I use an Sbig 8300 color with an 80 mm Ex Scientific APO. Granted you will get some oval stars on the edge of fov. But the flattner improves the edge nicely. Clear skies.

Can you attach filter to it?

Yes. Both ends are threaded. It should take the nearly 2 inch filter. Check thread sizes in mm first, however.

will this work on the 127 ED?

Yes, the Field Flattener Focal Reduce will work on the ES-ED127075-04, and earlier -0? Of that series. To attach it, you will need to purchase item 510364 – the adapter for 2-inch focusers.
