I can confirm that the cattle are reared for the meat and dairy industry in Argentina where they are outdoors on a pasture 365 days per year with access to fresh grass, air, land and water. Confinement is forbidden unless weather conditions pose risk to the animals. The farms where the animals are reared follow strict protocols toward animal welfare and human handling. Q: Which Jewish authority certifies the product as kosher? Where is the symbol? Or does the product merely claim to be kosher?

If it does not have a kosher certification seal or symbol, then you can’t assume it’s rabbinically kosher. It may be “ingredient kosher,” but other processes and preparation methods cannot be assumed kosher. I’m assuming that without a kosher certification, they are meaning the ingredients are kosher – but of course that is not the full definition of kosher.
