Q: do I use this on dry or wet hair??

Hii! You use it after washing your hair and drying it with a towel and then applying the mousse for at least 15-20 min, then you rinse it with plenty of water :)

Q: Does the color really wash out all the way? I just want to try the temporary color, then go back to my natural color. Will it forever be tinted?

It stays through a second shampoo but it does fade. But yes, you can wash it out all the way with a second shampoo!

Yes! I like the product because it conditions the hair, too. It will last about a week but less if you swim or are I. The sun a lot.

Q: Does anyone know whether this product replaces the Igora Color Gloss 9.5-1 Iceflower? That is a violet color correcting mousse to remove brassiness in blonde highlights.

I don't know if it replaces it, but it does what you said- gets rid of warm, brassy tones in highlighted blonde hair. I have used it for years
