The media could not be loaded.  Works well both on USB-C and USB A.Save a lot files. I did not know how to use it when I pluged it into the phone.I can find the flash drive.But when I went into my Images, I copied it, but there was no way to the USB Storage.Finally, I found the way.Here is the Steps:Plug into phone→File Manager→Categories→Select the Video or Images you want→More→Copy→USB Storage→Paste.Hope this can help you guys to use it. There are a lot of similar flash drives available here on Amazon and I know it's difficult to make your purchase decision based solely on other reviews or images. But...if you're looking for a high-quality flash drive that supports both USB-C and USB-A, this is definitely the one to buy. I purchased two (different storage sizes) and I couldn't be happier. I'll probably end up buying a couple more as the price was very good.

It loads a bit slow. More of a bluffing for 5 minutes. Even if I move and paste my stuff from my phone to usb, it’s very laggy and slow to update each items but it does save and does it job. I’ll give you credit for it. If you don’t mind it uploading and transfer your things from your phone to usb then this would be great.

If you have a Samsung Galaxy S10, save you money because it doesn't work according to what the instructions read, which are very tiny! I tried many ways to download my photos on it but to no avail.

From the start I had difficulty getting all my devices to recognize this device, but after multiple reformats, I managed to get it to work -- at least for a while. Now I cannot copy files to or from the device, delete the data on the device, or even reformat it. I've tried multiple devices, operating systems, ports, and every time I try, the device simply disconnects as soon as I begin an operation. I would surely return this product, except now it has personal data on it that I cannot delete.It could be that I simply got a rare defective product and that usually this item works as expected, but in my experience this product could hardly be worse. I would recommend other buyers to select a name-brand storage device instead of this one.

Super easy to transfer and it went by fast!! I had thousands of photos and I'm talking like 6000+ on my phone plus any movies and videos.... I would definitely be getting a second one!!!

If you're plugging it into an apple device with USB C, you can access the contents using the Files app. Its possible to copy images from (and also to) the drive this way. If you download the VLC app, you can also transfer video files directly into the VLC folder and play them.

This is super easy to use and great to have on hand for home storage and especially if on vacation and don't want to delete things to make room. Love it

The product itself is good. I bought this to download pictures from my pixel XL phone and although the instructions are very clear, I am having a hard time trying to find all my pictures and videos to download onto the USB. Perhaps because I am not tech savy?? Anyhow, it downloads quick. Just trying to figure things out on my end.

The gold USB stick looks very nice with my 2019 gold MacBook Air. The USB works well, I was able to transfer documents form a USB port in one computer to a USBC port in another. However, to get the USB stick into the USBC port, I really had to press harder that I would have expected to get it to fit. I hope that this does not damage the port.

This item was listed as good for Samsung S8, S9. Will not plug into either phone. No model number on the product to verify that it is the correct model. Don't waste your money. Buy a different brand.
