These steak knives are just what I have been looking for. High quality Swedish steel, very sharp blades and sturdy... Great shaping, utility and balanced

I just bought these to add to my existing Cangshan L1 kitchen knife block. They fit right in and provide much better Swedish Sandvik steel than the L1's German steel. Beyond that, I love the innovative handle design. I may buy an entire TN1 set in the future but, for the moment, I don't have any more space in my kitchen.Pictures don't do these knives justice so I did a video to better showcase these knives. You can search YT for "Cangshan TN1 4-pc steak knives set" to watch it.Do know that these steak knives are on the longer side. It is a plus in my book, but some may prefer a shorter blade.

Finally broke down and bought these high-quality all-steel knives. I spent years using cheap knives that did not hold a sharp edge. I should have bought these years ago. I bought the straight edge knives rather than serrated edge knives as the straight edges are easier to sharpen. I also like the all-steel handles. Reviews of knives with white handles indicate that some of the handles crack over time. These all-steel handles will never crack. Only negative is it does not come with a wooden knife holder and I could not find any for sale on Amazon (I made my own though).
