Sometimes you only need a little sugar ylto get you going or satisfy that sweet tooth, these are perfect for that.If you haven't hade them before, it's like gummy swedish fish candy rolled in a super sour sugar.I usually have these to get some sugar intake even though its mostly corn syrup. Doing vegetables or healthy foods all day every day its ok to spoil yourself every few days with a handful of these,good for the soul
