FarmHaven Milk Thistle 120 Capsules

I have been using organic milk thistle for sometime. It has helped me with my Gastro issues. This is a good product of good quality.

My husband takes some body building supplements that can be hard on his organs (I agree he shouldn't but that's a story for another day). He swears by these and says they work even better than more expensive products found at stores like GNC and Vitamin Shoppe.

I chose this particular Milk Thistle based on it's strength, high standards and it's glowing reviews. I went through seven months of chemo that ended last summer and 7 weeks of radiation that ended in Nov of '18. I was not yet fully through the changes of menopause, yet I absolutely could not tolerate the tamoxifen prescribed for what was to be at least 2-3 years. After many conversations with my Docs, other professionals, my husband, friends & family, I decided to research how to try to control the Estrogen (Estrodial in particular) w/in my blood. I began using DIM and Milk Thistle in addition to Olive Leaf supplements, Mega-Spectrum Enzymes and good Probiotics. I also take my B-vitas as well as a D-3/K2 supplement (esp thru the NE winters:) to help battle depression. We joined a fantastic CSA early this spring, and I've been eating mindfully & healthfully. I feel amazing!! The hormonal rants & episodes of night (and daytime) hot flashes & sweats have reduced considerably. I feel better than I have in many years, as I have also been suffering for the past decade from the sudden onset and deep hold of a rare, disabling disorder called Stiff Persons' Syndrome (fewer than 1 in 1 million afflicted). I have been through hell in ways I could not have previously imagined ~and I feel I have been given a second chance!! I will continue to reorder from this company so long as they maintain their standards and recipe. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Should you decide to try this milk thistle, please remember that herbal remedies require a commitment to being taking regularly~ meaning daily for at least 6-8 weeks, to ensure it has time & consist levels w/in the body, I feel confident that you will feel a difference in your energy levels & your outlook, while your overall health will feel markedly improved! :) If not, I suggest that you speak with your doc about potential vitamin &/or mineral deficiency testing 7/or B-12 shots. Love this, since I’m taking this my tiredness got better. Will buy again, I gave some to my brother so he can try it. The price went up since I bought it

My liver enzymes were high. I started using this product, and at my next doctor appointment my enzymes were at normal range. I highly recommend this product.
