Nice Pole Saw!
Great product and even better customer service! The scissors trimmer that came was missing some bolts and it ended up bending and became non usuable. I emailed the address on the instructions and told them of the issue. They responded almost immediately and sent not only a replacement, but also acouple of extra pole attachments. Works perfectly even when using 20 feet of pole. Saws are very sharp and whole system is very well engineered. I have a lot of trees on my lake property and I have, and will continue to use, this many times to keep things nice and Tidy!

long, reasonable lightness, pole flexes easily
Like the bite of the sharktooth blades and the two hooks (easy to keep over a high cut branch when pausing to catch breath). The pruner has a separate (shorter) saw and must be exchanged for the main cutting blade assembly. Pruner and blade come attached to their own screw-in shaft ends, so exchange is relatively easy. At 20ft, I had quite a lot of pole flex. It could be stiffer (at cost of weight), but I used that flex to get a bit more bite on the pull stroke when you time it right. I did have a few twist joints lock up after a few branches. I used silicone grease (safe for plastic) to minimize that. The plastic plugs for the pole segments are rather loose and fall out when taking the pole apart; not fatal but maybe they outa glue them. I'm a bit concerned that the fiberglass pole sections will crack after much use; seems a consumer grade vs pro model. I took down 6 or 7 thick branches so far. Be prepared to get a workout. A 6" thick branch took me around 45 minutes to cut. Pole is long enough to get you far from the cut and thus a bit safer. BUT beware of falling limbs and wear proper protection!

Decent performance, good valuie
If I could give 4.5 stars I would.....not a perfect "A", but better than a "B"! Got the pole saw for our vacation house. I have used it will all but the final extension section. When using the full length it is heavy (at 20+ ft that's expected), but once you get it vertical the saw is very efficient and makes quick cuts. The bypass pruner is sharp and cuts good size branches. The connections could be a bit tighter - they are not going to disconnect but at the full length they do get wobbly. Overall this was a good purchase and made short work of a lot of pruning. Probably won;t last as long as my Craftsman, but it is a good value for sure.

Great Pole Saw for Trimming, with Some Height Challenges
I recently purchased this pole saw for trimming branches around my property, and overall, I’m very impressed! The sharp blade makes cutting through limbs quick and efficient, and I really appreciate the blade wings on the end, which help keep the saw from slipping off the branch—this was a game-changer for maintaining control while cutting. Assembly was also a breeze; everything fit together easily without any hassle. However, one drawback is that when the pole is fully extended, it can be a bit tricky to both saw and push to get a good bite into the limb, especially if the branch is thicker. The pole’s weight and natural swaying movement at that height make it more challenging to maintain a strong cutting rhythm. I found it beneficial to have two people operate the saw when fully extended, one to hold the saw and the other on a ladder to do the actual cutting. That being said, for smaller-diameter branches, it still does the job well. If you're looking for a sharp, reliable pole saw that’s easy to put together and works great for most trimming tasks, this is a solid choice. Just be prepared for a bit of a workout if you’re reaching for higher, thicker limbs!

Sturdy, sharp and durable pole saw!
Excellent pole saw. Easy to assemble and has both a threaded and 'click-in' component for ease and stability. The blade has hooks on both ends (near and far) so you can hoist it up and it will grip a branch, alleviating the need to make sure it doesn't slip off and it's very sharp, which has made cutting a breeze. Easily adjustable for length and enormously helpful for trimming and cleanup after a major windstorm we had. I have cut limbs up to 5 or 6 inches in diameter without much trouble and the pole is long enough to provide enough clearance for the limb drop. It's still tough to hoist it fully upright with full extension but the easiest I have used (given its weight and limited bend) in comparison with other models. Very pleased!

Works but may not last long
The set has a total of 8 connecting poles, one of which is the ”threaded connection pole ” that you connect the scissors or the “big hand saw.” The end pole is noted as the one pole that you can only connect an additional pole at one end. The “connecting poles” have connections st each end and are about 3 feet 4 inches in length each, when connected to another pole. My first time use: I assembled 4 out of the available 8 poles, it wasn’t too long. I attached the supplied big hand saw blade to the threaded “connection pole” to cut some semi small palm branches. After cutting a few of the branches on a low palm tree, I noticed that the collar to the “main attachment pole” was broken as pictured. The poles were securely connected, so I’m not sure how this happened. Was it defective from the start? Was it a by-product of the pole(s) flexing during use? Not really sure! I did duct tape the piece in place and continued working without further incident. I then attached the “scissor cutting pole” to cut small branches on a higher tree with thin branches that were approximately 1/2”-3/4” in diameter. For this tree, I had 5 of the available 8 poles connected and found that length of poles to be a bit flimsy to use. At the length of 5 poles the unit was approximately 16.5’ feet long so a bit of flex in the poles was expected; it just took a little compensation in grabbing a branch with the scissors to make s cut. I gave it 3 stars because it seems a bit delicate for the intended use. We’ll see how many uses it actually lasts in the real world. Also, if the broken collar had been broken on an “extension pole” and not the main pole for the big saw blade, it wouldn’t be a problem as I could just use another “extension pole.” I wouldn’t use this tool with all the poles attached as it would have too much bending and be a bit too difficult to manage and use. Regarding the comments on the bag being too short to easily put the poles back in the bag: I had no problem putting the poles and found it to be easier than my camera light stand bags which pretty much require the use a shoe horn to get the stands into their bags.

Great pruning job made easy!!
Good product which comes in a convenient storage bag with a shoulder strap and has 3 very sharp blades and a scissor pruner. The handle extends to great heights with several threaded sections which screw together easily and lock in place with push buttons. I saved a bunch of money and time and didn’t need to risk my health by attempting to climb a tree or a ladder to trim my 3 very tall fruit trees. I wish I would have bought this pruner years ago! Great product.

Gets the job done!
I bought this pole pruner because I like to collect bald faced hornets nests, and had my eye on a few that my 15 footer couldn't reach. I'm extremely pleased at this one! It is really convenient to be able to add on and off as many pieces as you need, allowing you to customize just the height needed for a job. Screwing together the different parts was easy enough, and the joints are spaced perfectly to allow the little ball lock to catch and prevent it from wiggling. Both the saw blade and the pull-string cutter worked perfectly. It's a very lightweight pole pruner, so I worried it might be flimsy. But the material feels strong and shows no signs of weakness. Really pleased! Would buy again, especially at this price point.
