I bought this specifically to use on my tool chest, so I can see the sizes of sockets easier and have better light down into the drawers. The first light I ordered had a bad row of LED bulbs and I returned it with no hassles. The second light that came was perfect and works like a charm. The light gives off plenty of light and mounts to the side of the chest easily with the magnetic base. The flexible body of the light allowed me to bend it over the drawers well. I knocked one star for the bad first unit but all in all this is an excellent light and a good value. I recommend it

Needed a light for my 10" band saw. Read reviews and decided to buy based on price. Was not disappointed. Upon opening the box the light was actually smaller than I expected. I turned on and boy is it bright. The smaller size actually works to its advantage to see around when using. The magnetic base works well to hold in place when using the saw. Also comes with a small metal plate and adhesive backing use light on non metallic surfaces. Bought as a single but later saw they come also in a set of two for even a better price. Am considering buying more for other tools instead of moving this one around since they are so inexpensive.

This little like is PERFECT for my grinder! It has a VERY STRONG magnet that solidly attached to the rounded motor shell of the grinder. The list stem is flexible but stays in place and the light is pretty bright. For the price, a fantastic value.

Love this little lamp. It’s the perfect amount of light illuminating the bed of my sewing machine. I really like that the on/off switch is NOT positioned 12” down on the power cord as manufacturers ofter do. Rather, the switch in on the back side, directly opposite of the heavy duty magnet which is strong enough to keep the fixture securely attached. It is a “daylight” light with the perfect amount of lumens. Love it!

I bought this specifically as a light for my bandsaw. I have an older model saw with no light and it was hard to see what I was cutting. The magnetic base is more than powerful enough to hold it in position even when the saw is running. The flexible neck allows me to get the light right where I need it although it is so thin and narrow, I usually leave it right next to the blade. I purchased some black cable wrap from Harbor Freight to protect the power cord from damage by being around a cutting machine. The light output is white and very bright. Lights up the whole table well (see the with and without photos). This was perfect for my machine!

I generally purchase the light strips that are placed directly onto the sewing machine. They aren't bright enough for me so I decided to give this light a try. I wanted to have the option to get light from a better angle. It worked for the first 2 days before constantly falling down. I like the light so I did not want to return the product so I added a command strip on the back and it has not fallen not once. I gave it 3 starts because of how short the cord is. It gets in the way of the fabric because there is not enough length to adjust the cord and move it out of the way.
