Apple corer
Great apple corer and easy to use. Not so easy to clean. I’ve cut my fingers a couple of times. Be careful

Works well
Works well but blades could have done with being a bit sharper. I found that my older slicer worked better before it broke. I will attempt to sharpen these so that the apple doesn't keep slipping. Nice and solid and grippy handle though, which is a bonus.

Produces a flower petal cut on fruit and is easy to use
The only slight issue , which seems to be common with this type of slice is that it sometimes does not cut completely to the bottom. It could be fixed if the blades protruded from the plastic surrounding. However you wouldnt want that as the blades are sharp and it would be dangerous. Its not a problem as you just push the core through from the top of the fruit. The petals then just peel off easily.Overall , a very good product , which Ive used for slicing apples and pears.

Keeps the kids hapoy for after school treats
This is my second product from the range and so far I'm really impressed. It's difficult to get my children to eat fruit but when I can quickly core and slice apples they see it as more of a novelty and want to get involved. My old apple corer made it very difficult to clean out afterwards. This product has 2 handles so I dont have any fears around getting my fingers trapped. I also use the handle to hang the product up with my other implements to save room in my cutlery drawer. Lovely quality and very well made. I have no doubt that this will last for years.

Much safer than using knives!
Great wee tool, saves faffing with knives, much safer for a klutz like me! Handy that it's pretty flat, the handles only come up slightly. A bit of oomph required for a quite hard apple. The segments are still attached by a little bit but that's no biggie as they pull of easily. Take care when using on an apple that doesn't sit exactly straight up as it might cut squint.

Really strong
I love Apple slicers and have tried many throughout the years. I have never found one so quick and easy to use as well as being stylish and strong as this chef remi slicer. I use this for eating apples, to make potato wedges as well as chopping lots of other hard fruits and vegetables. I have found that when I use this for my children’s apples they are much more likely to eat the whole Apple and only the bare minimum Is disposed of instead of half the Apple around the core being found a month later under a bed somewhere.

Makes coring and slicing easy
The apple corer works really well on Pink Lady crunchy apples and hard Conference pears. The handles make it easy to grip the corer and the sharp blades cut through the apple and pear easily, coring and slicing in one go. I have used cheaper versions in the past which go blunt quickly. This is a much more substantial model, easier to hold and the blades are sharper. If you want to save the apple for a snack for later, you can be clever an remove the core and not quite split all the segments so the apple goes back to a near-spherical shape, reducing the amount of browning!
