Very compact, bright, and well made AA size flashlight!
The Skilhunt M150 is a small AA/14500 size flashlight that is shockingly bright for it's size. It came with a 14500 lithium ion battery and a magnetic charging cable. The M150 also came with a pocket clip, lanyard, spare o-rings, and instruction manual. The M150 feels very solidly built for such a compact light. The machining and anodizing are perfect and the button is responsive and flush with the accent ring to prevent accidental activation in the pocket. The included pocket clip fits well and has a firm grip on whatever you clip it to. The tail magnet is pretty strong and can hold the light vertical or horizontal on a metal surface. The M150 has a cool white LED, but it is not blue/green tinted like some cheaper lights. It is a clear white and I have no issues with it.The M150 comes with a 14500 battery, but it can also run off regular AA batteries which makes it very practical for both every day carry and emergency use. The included magnetic charging cable attaches firmly and makes charging very convenient (note the magnetic charging is only for 14500 lithium ion batteries). The M150 uses a customizable UI that is also used in most of their other lights. It has 2 mode groups: in group A you click the button to turn on, click to change modes, and hold turn off. In group B, you click the button to turn on, hold to change modes, and click to turn off. I set mine to mode B as it is more similar to my other flashlights. Group B also lets you chose the number modes you want from 2 to 7 (not including turbo which is a double click from on or off) so you can have it set up exactly how you want.TLDR: The Skilhunt M150 is a great small flashlight with AA and 14500 support that works very well as an every day carry flashlight. It's very bright for it's size and the magnetic charger makes it super convenient to use.

Perfect EDC
M150I purchased the Skilhunt M150 V2 with Cree emitter. This light is the perfect balance between the Skilhunt M200 and Skillhunt’s keychain light, the E3A.Build:Build quality is excellent. Threading is smooth and the anodization is even throughout. This is a very lightweight EDC weighing in around 36 grams without the battery, and it is very compact in size. It’s significantly smaller than Skilhunt’s M200 and the version ordered comes with a 14500 battery which is the size of an AA. O-rings have been installed on the light to make it waterproof and spares are included with the light. Cooling fins at the head of the light allow for good runtimes on turbo before stepdown. And a strong magnet in the tailcap easily allows the light to support its own weight when stuck to ferrous surfaces. The switch on this light is notably good. It's metal with an LED indicator in the middle that gives information about battery life. Switch feedback is pleasant and crisp with no mushiness or overtravel. I don't use the pocket clip, but it seems to be well built. The battery compartment will accommodate protected or unprotected 14500s with or without button tops as well as AAs.Emitter and tint:Examining the head of the light more closely you'll find a smooth reflector and a well centered Cree emitter. The smooth reflector gives the light a bit of throw. There's a minor tint shift and the emitter tint is quite cool in color. Overall, the tint is good. It’s a 70 CRI emitter which is more than enough for everyday tasks. As far as brightness, I found turbo to be more than bright enough to meet any needs.Beam Quality:The smooth reflector of this light produces a large and useful hotspot with ample throw. The spill is not excessive and it is very useful. The beam pattern is excellent with a hint of tint shift as mentioned earlier. In turbo mode, the light pushes enough lumens to exceed the needs of most users. The color temperature is on the cool side, but it’s a good all around performer.Charging:The light uses USB A to magnetic charging which is very convenient. It comes with a magnetic charging cord which you simply affix to the charging pad on the light to commence charging. There is no need to remove the battery to charge it up. Charge times are reasonable with no overcharging or overheating noted.Driver:The driver used is a very efficient constant current driver. This means that as your batteries are depleted the driver will allow the light to maintain steady brightness levels. You won't see any dip in brightness until low voltage protection is triggered and the light turns off. Runtimes are excellent and the driver is very efficient. The stepdown in turbo mode is timed as opposed to temperature driven. Otherwise, the driver seems to adjust brightness in response to temp. No PWM is visible at any brightness.User Interface:Version 2 of this light offers two modes to choose from just like with the larger M200: A and B. Both modes are programmable and very versatile. It's easy to customize the UI to fit your needs precisely. Mode memory is the default and mode spacing is very good. A true moonlight in both modes is offered. Moonlight measures around 0.5 lumens. A customized mode B has been perfect for my needs.Ergonomics:This light feels great in the hand. It is extremely compact and well built. The switch location is perfect and the switch itself is one of the most pleasant I've ever operated. The weight and size are perfect for everyday carry. The clip is robust and grips material well.Closing Thoughts:The Skilhunt M150 has quickly become my go-to EDC light. The combination of build quality, driver efficiency, high quality emitter, compact form factor, and ease of recharging vaulted it to the top of my list. This light significantly outperforms its price point, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for everyday carry.

Not nearly as bright as I expected
This was promoted as over 700 lumens in brightness. It is dimmer than my other 4 flashlights that are rated at 320 lumens. Quite disappointing.

Stopped charging
Was pleased with everything about this except for the fact that after almost exactly two months of owning it with very light use, it stopped holding a charge - conveniently out of the return window

Good flashlight. Charging port stopped working after about a month tho.
I was really enjoying this flashlight. Does a lot considering the price. However i guess the price showed since after about a month the charging port stopped working sadly. Sucks because it is really hard to find a flashlight with 14500 and AA compatibility.
