While I'm only a week deep into this hair dryer, I can honestly state that this is the very best hair dryer I have ever owned - from salon brands to drugstore brands.At first the heat settings confused me (2 buttons, one operates the speed and the other operates heat), but even on the cold setting it dried my thick hair faster than any other dryer I've ever owned. The heat settings are warm, but not so overly hot that they will burn. I will say that I have experienced some knots after using, but they comb out really easily. My hair is smoother, yet has more visible body than I've seen in a very long time. An overall excellent purchase - I will be interested in seeing how long it lasts being an unknown brand - I tend to go through a hair dryer every 12-24 months because I wash my hair daily. If it's still working in 18 months, I'll be happy!

Great hairdryer! This dryer dries my hair in 3-4 minutes, where my old dryer took 10-15 and I usually gave up and left the house with wet ends. There are two speed settings (this is good so that I don't blow my two year old away when she wants to use mommy' hairdryer!) and three heat settings, one of which is actually cool- which is nice since you don't have to hold down a button for it. (Although I believe there is still a "cool blast" button.). All in all, this dryer was a great purchase, and was offered at a great price!

I was able to use this for only about a month. The attachment for streaming the hair always fell out. I taped it on so it wouldn't keep falling while I styled my hair. While holding the dryer, I constantly turned the buttons off because they are so close to the handle. After using it for about a month it lost it's power and is only blowing on half the power. This blow dryer sucks and I will never buy it again. I usually have blow dryers for at least two years and I use them every day, before I have to replace them.

A little heavier than my drugstore Conair but wow, I got compliments on my hair looking shiny and smooth and on the highest speed absolutely the fastest my hair has ever dried. So many settings, love the attachments. I consider this a great buy. Really pretty packaging and speedy delivery.

It's got some nuts. The way it's designed funnels the air out the smaller diameter nozzle at a higher velocity than most I've ever seen. While I don't know if the total airflow is anymore than others, the velocity is what matters in this case.Heavy duty cord, nice packaging, good price.Only complaint is cheesy buttons. They don't click into position with conviction. More like a mushy feel and sometimes don't engage fully until you push the button harder. That means bad contacts.Let's hope it lasts long though since I like it.

It's lightweight and pretty. It is powerful and dries hair quickly as well. What I was surprised most about is there's a cold air setting. It has a cool air button on there as well you can press for just a burst of cool air if you're using heat, but you can actually set it to only blow cool air as well- I've never had a dryer with threat setting before. I'm so happy with this purchase!

Eh. I had a drug store Revlon for years that has been the best hair dryer I've ever owned for $35. I decided to finally upgrade, and figured that surely technology has changed since roughly 7 years ago when I bought my Revlon. I spent days reading reviews trying to select the best bang for my slightly bigger buck that I wanted to spend this go round. I wish I hadn't. It's an ok hair dryer. It does the job of drying my hair in a reasonable time. Nothing special. Nothing extraordinary. In fact, I think my drug store dryer left my hair silkier and shinier, and I don't really detect any difference in my dry time or the volume level. Usually product research pays off, but it's getting harder had harder now as these companies have started paying five star reviewers to rate their products. I can't say for sure that's what happened here. Could be that this dryer just doesn't work well with my hair type. But I did expect much better than what I got for the price and reviews. I could have spent half as much on a newer drug store model and been happier, but then I would have still had "upgrade dryer envy", wondering if I would be happier with a higher priced pro brand. I even gave it a few months of use just to be sure it wasn't just a phase my hair was going through, but the results have been consistent. Oddly, my hair ends up frizziest when I use the air flow control attachment. So. Live and learn, I guess.

If you have long hair, you cannot use the high setting. It just blows knots in my hair. A LOT of knots! I have never disliked a hair dryer more than I do this one. Medium speed takes too long. I also don’t like the switches for the speed and temperature. It’s easy to bump one and change a setting accidentally. Hope I haven’t missed my window to return.

Dries thick hair very quickly, doesn't get too hot. Works like a hairdryer that a hairdresser would use.
